Whoa…Feds Obtained FISA Warrant on Biden Partner

Not only did the feds get warrants from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court against Patrick Ho – a business partner of Hunter Biden – an incriminating audio file on Hunters notorious laptop captured the presidential candidate’s son admitting he was taking money from the “spy chief of China” and didn’t want to register as a foreign agent because the FCPA “is much more expansive than people who should know choose not to know.”

Biden family in bed with Chinese ‘Spy Chief’

Not only was Hunter Biden in bed with a coked up Malia Obama, his errant laptop’s hard drive proves that both Hunter and his dad Joe were in bed with Chinese spies. Republican Senators who released a report on the emails contained in the files are convinced that “Biden’s relationship with CEFC posed counterintelligence concerns.”

In other words, Hunter may have been compromised and Joe could be implicated right along with him. Joe’s brother Jim is tied to the scandal too, in more ways than one.

Parts of the debacle were already known to the public. On Feb. 8, 2018, at least one FISA warrant was obtained against Chi Ping Patrick Ho, known as Patrick Ho. He was suspected as a Chinese spy and also a business partner of Hunter Biden.

He had been previously charged on Dec. 18, 2017 with conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and a little money laundering.

Ho was an executive at the multi-billion dollar CEFC China Energy company and also in a partnership with a business consortium shell company owned in part by Hunter Biden since May of 2017.

When Ho was arrested, the number that he dialed from jail to yell for help belonged to Hunter’s uncle Jim, Joe’s younger brother. Hunter soon became his lawyer, for a $1 million retainer. That will buy a lot of blow. Ho was convicted in March 2019 and sentenced to three years in prison.

Raking in the millions

We already knew from prior emails released last week that Joe demanded half of Hunter’s take. That would include his cut of the goods when “an affiliate of CEFC wired $5 million to Biden’s law firm from August 2017 through August 2018.”

Over the summer of 2017, CEFC’s chairman “raised concerns with Biden in summer 2017 about a possible investigation into Ho, so Hunter agreed to take the case and “find out the extent of the investigation.” That sounds a lot like he’s being paid to spy for China. Through his dad.

Hunter Biden didn’t like the pesky regulations and disclosures required by the Foreign Agents Registration Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. He wrote to a business partner May 1, 2017, saying “they should form a U.S.-based partnership in order to avoid scrutiny.”

That became “a shell company affiliated with CEFC called Hudson West III.” Remember the name Tony Bobulinski, you’ll be hearing a lot more about him later. For now, one of the emails addressed to him reads, “we don’t want to have to register as foreign agents under the FCPA which is much more expansive than people who should know choose not to know.” That sounds like they’re talking about “the Big Guy.”

Things got really interesting on Tuesday, when the National Pulse aired the audio ripped from the laptop. You can hear (allegedly) Hunter Biden saying “I have another New York Times reporter calling about my representation of Patrick Ho – the f-ing spy chief of China who started the company that my partner, who is worth $323 billion, founded and is now missing.” The phrasing suggests it’s the company that is missing, not the $323 billion.
