There was poison in the local water supply and it wasn’t obvious at first. Amanda Feindt “couldn’t taste it.” She and her family were still adversely affected. Hundreds of victims are suing Uncle Sam over it. The federal government is responsible for leaking 20,000 gallons of jet fuel into the municipal supply for part of Hawaii.
Jet fuel in the drinking water
Residents living near a Naval base in Hawaii are suing the federal government for poisoning their water supply. Worse, they weren’t told about the danger until after they were getting sick from it. Amanda Feindt was one of hundreds. “I couldn’t taste it.”
“Those affected by the spill were never notified about it until other families started to smell and taste the water and begin to experience side effects.” Her attorney, Kristina Baehr, has been digging into it for a while now, on behalf of several affected residents.
Baehr relates that the Navy isn’t holding up their end by taking full responsibility. “They admit that it happened, that they contaminated the water, but they don’t admit that they made anybody sick.”
The US banned Hawaiian language, poisons our water, destroyed our universal healthcare, stole our land, erased our history, and abuses Hawaii to this day. My mother's hands were broken for speaking Hawaiian in school. #IndigenousPeoplesDay pic.twitter.com/ovqhBpGa0m

Oh no, drinking high grade kerosene is good for you, they insist. “They think that nobody is sick today because of the water source.” Soon, a whole herd of doctors will be clogging court parking spaces to testify how sick their patients were.
According to sources, “the contaminated water was allegedly responsible for seizures, hospitalizations and other debilitating injuries.” Ms. Feindt isn’t buying the Navy story.
“We have been affected in nearly every way possible. Our medical health, certainly. Mentally, physically, personally, financially, professionally, and that continues.” Getting the Navy to admit they made people sick is still only part of the battle.
Finding people to believe them
Feindt is frustrated that getting the Navy to admit the leakage of jet fuel into the drinking water made people sick is hard enough but “some say finding people who believe them is difficult both on and off base.” Her friends are going off base now.
They’re being denied care “because they’re coming in about Red Hill.” That’s the leaky storage facility. Ms. Baehr notes she has “over 700 clients” and “all are demanding accountability.”
Doctors don’t like reading reports and the last thing they want to do is fight for parking at the courthouse. Then, give up a full 18-holes to get grilled by defense attorneys like they murdered their mother.
All because he had a patient unlucky enough to get their water poisoned by the government. No, sorry. Tell her we aren’t taking new patients.
Joe Biden, with all his liberal progressive sympathy and desire for single payer healthcare clearly isn’t running the Pentagon or the Just Us Department.
Merrick Garland is working on a way of saying that all the residents of Hawaii who were poisoned by the jet fuel in the water were all deplorable MAGA Republicans and therefore not “persons.” That way, they don’t qualify for damages from being poisoned. That technique already works great on those pesky chemically sensitive mutant “canaries.“
