Attorney Kevin Evans knows that there are 400 pages of payoff evidence sitting over at the Just Us Department and Gestapo General Merrick Garland won’t hand them over. All that evidence is directly related to Joe Biden and is never going to see the light of day. Not without a court order. Evans is out to get one.
Joe Biden payoff evidence
The latest game of hide the ball swirls around hard payoff evidence of Biden family crimes. According to a lawsuit filed in federal court, Merrick Garland and his flunkies are “concealing 400 pages of ‘sensitive documents’ laying bare payoffs and gifts to Hunter and Jim Biden from China, Russia and Ukraine.”
The big problem for Garland is that the DOJ already admitted the records exist. Now they’re pretending they don’t.
Evans filed his FOIA request and the DOJ “failed to comply.” He filed suit in response, back in March, but the paperwork is still working through the court. Meanwhile, the National Archives tossed Garland a live grenade. All the payoff documents which “don’t exist” are about to be released under another FOIA case.

Archives officials have the beltway in a tizzy as they prepare “to release hundreds of Obama White House internal documents containing information about Hunter’s relationship with controversial Ukrainian gas company Burisma.”
As outlined in his complaint, Evans requested any and all documents pertaining to “any relationship, communication, gift(s), and/or remuneration in any form’ between the president’s son Hunter or brother Jim, and China, Russia or Ukraine.” Everyone knows that the job Hunter had warming a chair on the board of directors brought in big bucks, $83,000 per month. All while the crack addicted playboy had no qualifications at all, other than his name.
It was an obvious payoff of cash for inside influence with then Vice President Joe Biden. It also means opportunity for blackmail and national security concerns today. If Joe was in China’s pocket then, could it influence Taiwan policy now? You bet. That’s only one shady issue.
DOJ pleading the fifth
When the DOJ got a valid FOIA request to hand over the payoff related evidence, they ignored it. All Evans got back in the mail was a notice saying that they can “neither confirm nor deny the existence of any records that match” his request.
Right now, Justice Department prosecutor David Weiss is supposed to be “considering a criminal case against Hunter with potential allegations of money laundering, illegal foreign lobbying and tax crimes.” Everybody wants to know why no charges have been filed yet. Some say it’s because they’re working a deal to throw Hunter under the wheels to save Joe.
Then, the Archives got dragged in to it. Joe can veto the release and has until February to decide if he can get away with hiding the payoff evidence or if that will only make things worse. If he gives the word, the Archives will sit on the evidence until 2029.

Of course, everyone will know he’s covering it up. If his lawyers are good enough, that won’t matter. Evans already knows for certain that the records really do exist and that they “include 69 images and 260 email messages mentioning Burisma.” They have nothing to do with the playboy’s lurid laptop, either.
This month, Evans goes back to court for a hearing. “They eventually produced about 60 pages of documents, but they’re all letters from senators and congressmen asking about Hunter, and letters from DoJ back.” The point they were trying to make is if we won’t let senators see this stuff, why would we give it to you? They made a big mistake just before the holidays.
“Then towards the end of last year they said, ‘well we have these 400 pages of potentially responsive documents, we need to review them.‘” Once they saw what was in them, they melted into a babbling puddle on the floor. They’ll probably get away with it, too. “The problem is, FOIA has become a toothless vehicle. Courts do not comply with the spirit of the law, they’re more inclined to bend over backwards to accept the government’s position rather than force disclosure.” Especially hard evidence of a Joe Biden payoff.
