Several weeks ago, Donald Trump had his appeal for the New York Attorney General Letitia James fraud case.
I think we can all agree the case was a sham from the outset with a completely biased judge.
Cases such as this in the past, just about all the time, are given a fine and a smack on the wrist, but not this time.

The crazy thing about this case is that it all revolved around Trump’s assessment of his assets to get lower interest rates.
For loans of this magnitude, the banks also have to do their due diligence, and not a single banking establishment filed a complaint against Trump.
James, however, still went after Trump and even had Judge Engoron issue a partial judgment summary against Trump.
This case was rigged from the outset with a monster settlement ordered by Engoron.
As we reported a few weeks ago, the appeals panel appeared to be leaning toward lowering the penalty or outright dismissing the case, as we have believed would happen all along.
After actually hearing them, I am more convinced than ever that is the case. Just watch this…
Trump conviction could be thrown out by NY Court of Appeals — No one in mainstream media is writing about this hearing.

James has no chance of that verdict holding up and when that appeal ruling comes in, Democrats are going to lose their minds.
The only shame of all this is that the ruling will not be coming in until after the election.
If the ruling came in before, I believe it would give Trump the boost he needs to win this election handily, but I doubt the court wants to influence the election, so don’t expect that ruling anytime soon.
I just realized something else… if the court does reverse the ruling, the court could order James to pay all of Trump’s legal fees, or Trump could sue to recover them.
If that happens, James’ career will be over for having shamelessly pursued Trump, then costing New York City taxpayers millions for a trial that was nothing more than a headline grab for her.
