Top Official Refusing to Resign

Chief Border Protector Chris Magnus won’t leave his job until the bald-headed bozo he calls “boss” physically drags him away from it. “Hell no, I won’t go,” Magnus announced on Wednesday. Or, rather, words to that effect. Homeland Security Minister Mayorkas already bypassed him in the chain of command and shifted his duties to other officials.

Border protection showdown

Customs and Border Protection chief Chris Magnus has officially refused to resign. He’s been clashing with Biden regime officials since day one.

He keeps wanting to do things like close the security holes and demand migrants use the doors instead of breaking in like thieves in the night. It’s no secret that he “has lost the confidence of his bosses and has been asked to resign or be fired.

According “to three current and one former Department of Homeland Security officials,” Magnus was informed Wednesday, November 9, by none other than Alejandro Mayorkas, himself, “either resign or be dismissed.

The border patrol chief isn’t quitting. If he doesn’t, a whole bunch of liberals in the department are going to throw a snit fit.

Some executive assistant commissioners at CBP have indicated they would leave the agency if Magnus does not resign.” That tidbit of information was confirmed by one of the current and the former border patrol rat.

Mayorkas started emailing deputy secretary John Tien with the daily orders and instructions. Quietly, behind the scenes, “deputy CBP commissioner Troy Miller, a career government official, is running the agency’s day-to-day operations.

Between the entry points

Customs and Border Patrol “is responsible for securing U.S. borders at and between ports of entry.” That means fishing the wetbacks out of the Rio Grande and getting them to a processing point before they mummify in the 118 degree heat.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement are the ones responsible for processing in the asylum seekers, handing them a cell phone and turning them loose on America. Both agencies are part of the Domestic Security Ministry, run by Minister Alejandro Mayorkas.

Democrats have simply had enough of the way Magnus thumbs his nose at their immigration policies. He dares to skip meetings at the Imperial Palace about the border situation and “badmouthed other agencies to colleagues and superiors.” He’s a square peg in a round hole and simply has to go.

Magnus, the squealing rats declare, “has not built relationships within CBP and across other immigration agencies to address the influx of migrants at the border.” He even falls asleep during important meetings. “Wake me up when I get to catch someone,” it’s rumored he quipped.

His whole problem is that he actually wants to catch criminals, not welcome them to America. Magnus used to be a police chief and chalked up “more than 40 years of law enforcement experience.” He’s in trouble for the way he “focused more on reforming the culture of the Border Patrol.” They aren’t seen as being as culturally insensitive as they used to be.

All he wants to do is round up the bad guys. There is no reason to be mean about it and he makes sure his crews play fair. Mayorkas doesn’t like how efficient they are and wishes they would just quiet quit and watch the migrants migrate right on past.
