Our justice system is beyond rigged.
John Durham has already taken one loss in an open-and-shut case.
Now it appears he is on the verge of taking another one.
Charge Dismissed
Igor Danchenko’s attorneys did not even argue his case and he has already had one of his charges dismissed.
U.S. District Judge Anthony Trenga acquitted the Russian of one charge in the Durham probe already.
John Durham has completed presenting his evidence, but Danchenko is now only facing four counts of making false statements to the FBI.
After Durham closes his case, the defense did not even bother to present a case, believing Durham failed on all fronts.
Closing arguments will take place next week, then we will find out just how rigged the system is.
The dismissal of that first count has already set the table for an absolute disaster for Durham.
If Danchenko gets off scot-free, this will be an utter disaster.
Imagine a group of people conspiring to take out a presidential candidate, and not a single meaningful charge comes out of it.
At this point, we have some low-level FBI attorney that pleaded out, and nothing more.
