Senator Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) has still not announced if he will be running for re-election in 2024.
The last couple of years have been a wild ride for Joe.
He went from hero to villain almost overnight, but now he somehow thinks he can win a presidential election.
Run!
If Manchin runs, it would likely by under the No Labels party, where Manchin attended a conference in New Hampshire this past weekend.
Manchin got the sweat rolling down the back of his fellow Democrats, stating, “I’ve never been in any race I’ve ever spoiled.
“I’ve been in races to win.
“And if I get in the race, I’m going to win.”
Had Manchin not screwed over conservatives by allowing Biden to use reconciliation, I would actually think he might have a chance, but not now.
What he can do is exactly what he said he will not do, however, and that is play spoiler.
If Manchin runs as a third-party candidate, he will take significant votes away from Biden, all but guaranteeing a GOP win regardless of who comes out of the primary.
So, I say, Run, Joe, Run!
