A public school district in Michigan actually spent three weeks working with parents in the area to teach them Critical Race Theory principles and preparing them to attend Black Lives Matter™ approved protests. Along with the help came a dire warning, calling America “the land of opportunity” is now the crime of “microaggressions.” That’s only part of it.
School prefers illiteracy
The last thing they want to teach in school today is how to read or write. Students might actually start to think for themselves. As a result, language skills in the United States are “devolving.” At one time in America, nobody had electricity and running water was a luxury, but children could speak five languages fluently and quote from the Bible or Shakespeare from the top of their heads with eloquence.
Fast forward to today’s modern technology and young people communicate with smiley faces. They’ve gone backwards to the time of illiterate picture writing hieroglyphics. At this rate of progress, the next generation will point and grunt.
Farmington Public Schools in Michigan released a “21 Day Equity Challenge” for “interested parties in the district” The school officials want parents of their indoctrinees to “learn how to more effectively understand and celebrate our differences.”
You can be a good “equity” ally by joining “a Black Lives Matter™ political protest.”
The school’s mission is to “confront bigotry, hatred, and discrimination against any individual or group.” Except Whites. Those you can pick on all you want. Each student needs to be brainwashed until they “become a thoughtful, contributing citizen in a changing world.”
As National Lampoon said prophetically all the way back in 1972, “gracefully surrender the things of youth: birds, clean air, tuna, Taiwan.”
Two wrongs
Under the common core math they teach in school these days, you would think the lesson plans were written by the same guys who wrote Deteriorata. “Two wrongs don’t make a right, but three do.”
The Farmington District urges parents, after consuming their directives for a full three weeks, each family should make a “personal action plan sheet” to “track their progress on the issue from an individual perspective.” Know yourself. If you need help, call the FBI.
The school district provides some helpful projects during the three weeks to liberal enlightenment. “donate to causes that support the Black LGBTQ+ community,” “join a Black Lives Matter or an affiliated protest” and “donate to bail efforts supporting people arrested for protesting against injustice.”
They also provide handy “white privilege checklists, lessons on the gender spectrum and the ‘microaggressions’ of meritocracy.”
Conservative Americans hear the directive and remember Deteriorata’s advice to “strive at all times to bend, fold, spindle or mutilate.” Utility bills once came with the warning not to do that, because they were computer punch cards. That’s when they started to put humans second to machines.
Still, you can “take heart amid the deepening gloom that your dog is finally getting enough cheese.” Just remember, even with a common core public school education, “there’s always a big future in computer maintenance.”
