The other day, I read a report that RFK Jr. was fighting to get his name back on the ballot in New York.

I have to admit, I was pretty confused since he has numerous battles going to get his name back off the ballot in key battleground states.

Then I read a report that looked at a possible angle, and I think this could be sheer genius on the part of Kennedy.

Genius or Hypocrisy?

There is only one reason why Kennedy would fight to get his name back on the ballot after having fought so hard in other states to have his name removed.

His argument to have his name off the ballot is that it would be deceptive and confusing to voters.

Yet, in this case, those fighting to have Kennedy’s name added back on the ballot are arguing that it is a voter’s right to choose him even if he is no longer running for office.

Justice Sotomayor oversees emergency requests for New York, so she is likely to reject his petition, but that would establish a Supreme Court precedent.

So, if the court says that Kennedy cannot be on the ballot, this could perhaps give him ammo to use in his case in other battleground states that refuse to remove his name.

This could be a sheer legal stroke of genius to fight back against the states that refuse to remove him because they know he draws more from Trump than he does Hillary.

Quite frankly, for optics alone, I don’t understand why these Democrat Secretaries of State do not remove him to ensure this is a free and fair election.

Let’s say Harris wins this election, but only because she carries battleground states that have left Kennedy on the ballot.

Let’s say that Kennedy gets enough votes to make up Harris’s victory margin over Trump.

You know the GOP and Trump are going to cry foul and a rigged election, so why even allow that to be on the table?

I am telling you, the Democrats are not interested in anything but chaos in this country. If they were not, then they would remove Kennedy and make sure the only names on ballots were candidates that were actually running for office.
