Once again, Pope Frances is revealing why he is a politician, not a religious leader.

The Catholic leader is poking his nose into American politics again, but at least this time he did not endorse a Democrat.

Pope Frances encouraged American voters to choose what they deem to be the lesser of two evils.

Stay Out of Our Politics

The Pope was asked about his preference in the election, and while I expected him to gush over Harris, but that was not the case.

He responded, “Both are against life, be it the one who kicks out migrants, or be it the one who kills babies.”

The biggest difference in his reaction this time was that he did not embrace abortion like he did with Joe Biden.

The Pope stated, “To have an abortion is to kill a human being. You may like the word or not, but it’s killing.

“We have to see this clearly.”

I would love to know why he was not that direct about abortion when Joe Biden was in office, as the Pope regularly pussyfooted around the issue because Biden was a Catholic.

But this could possibly be because Biden did not brag about wanting to kill babies the same way that Harris does, and I would imagine that does not sit well with the Pope.

His comment about Trump, however, is about as hypocritical as it gets.

You let me know when Vatican City starts taking in migrants and then the Pope can open his mouth about the United States wanting to send illegal immigrants back.

When he makes comments about this, for once, I would love to see a reporter ask when when the gates will be opened to allow migrants to sleep on the streets of the Vatican City.

The man literally lives in “country” protected by walls and his personal guard, who prevent anyone from entering.

He has protected child molesters and rapists, and he dares to question how we run our country and who conservatives want to support in this race.

Like I said… this man is a politician through and through, about as far from an inspirational religious leader as one can be.
