As soon as he got down the stairs from Air Force One Wednesday night, Joe Biden was mobbed by reporters asking him if Nancy Pelosi is really going to stick her nose in the affairs between Taiwan and China. Clueless Joe isn’t sure but he knows that “the military thinks it’s not a good idea right now.”
Pelosi wants a big world war
Nancy Pelosi isn’t satisfied causing trouble in Washington, D.C. allegedly on behalf of the California citizenry. She needs to cause trouble for China in Taiwan. Her latest little move has the Pooh Bear jumping up and down, threatening to blow things up.
If nasty Nancy sets foot in Taiwan, China will have no choice except “forceful measures.” That means an invasion. Taiwan may or may not be the target of that invasion either. He’s rumored to be torn between Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
According to China’s Foreign Ministry, Pelosi needs to seriously reconsider her plans to visit Taiwan as part of a “broader tour of Asia in August.” The State Department and Nancy’s office both deny the rumors.
Nancy Pelosi’s plans to visit Taiwan. "China has become convinced that Congress and the exec branch are colluding to contain its rise…“her trip is interpreted as part of a strategy of using TW as a card against China and providing support for TW indep."https://t.co/gdVSaWYgPq

She points out that as “second in line” to hold the big red button, “she never discusses her travel plans, as it is a national security issue.” If she happens to show up in Taiwan, China will do something about it. Whether she announces her plans in advance or not.
Someone in China heard it through the grapevine and did one of those famous California Raisin flips. The Financial Times was first to report the news of Pelosi’s trip, stating “that she would visit Singapore, Japan, Indonesia and Malaysia.”
After Biden got cornered into babbling that the Pentagon said she shouldn’t, Pelosi countered that Biden was really saying “that maybe the military was afraid our plane would get shot down or something like that by the Chinese. I don’t know exactly.”
Trip only ‘hypothetical’
Everyone knows that Pelosi had the trip planned for April but had to scratch it when she caught Covid. If she were to show up this summer, that would make her “to Taiwan in recent years and the first House speaker to go there since Newt Gingrich did so in 1997.” The State Department is exercising the same strategic ambiguity we’re supposed to be using with Taiwan.
According to Ned Price, “the trip has not been announced and remains hypothetical.” One thing that isn’t hypothetical is Joe Biden’s planned zoom call with Xi Jinping “within the next 10 days.”
Joe didn’t mention the issue of tariffs and trade but you can bet they will be talking about the provocative way the USS Benfold just sailed into disputed waters near Taiwan. That’s just one of the reasons why “Chinese-U.S. relations remain tense.” Pelosi is playing with fire and it could result in a shooting war.
“If the United States insists on going ahead, China will have to take firm and forceful measures to defend national sovereignty and territorial integrity,” warned Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian on Tuesday. Nancy’s little junket would cause “grave harm,” he added, and “seriously impact the political foundations of China-U.S. relations.” The Pooh Bear is ready to go postal as it is.
Pelosi has been trying to start war with China for a long time now. Back in January, she had a virtual meeting with Taiwan’s vice president, William Lai Ching-te, while he was visiting over here. He sealed her fate with the Chinese Communist Party by calling her a “true friend” of Taiwan.
Beijing, meanwhile, “claims Taiwan as its own and has pledged to achieve what it calls ‘reunification,’ threatening, if necessary, to use force to take control of the self-ruled island.” He might just use force and take Hawaii too, while he’s at it. Just for fun, he’ll spell “Let’s Go Brandon” across Waikiki Beach with artillery rounds.
