It looks like Nasty Nancy Pelosi could be in some big trouble. Conservative watchdog Judicial Watch is going to court over a phone call she had with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. If she said the things she was bragging about in a letter to her colleagues then it seems she undermined the role of the president as commander in chief and violated the separation of powers.
Pelosi wrongly reached out
Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch just announced that they filed one of their famous FOIA requests for public information from the government. They’re used to getting the run around but they know their way to the courthouse and frequently score high profile wins in their battles for public transparency.
This time the government is dragging their feet about turning over the information they have about a secret phone call Nancy Pelosi made to the Pentagon, just two days after the staged barbarian invasion of the nation’s Capitol Building.
On January 8, 2021 Pelosi dialed up the Pentagon and demanded to speak with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley. After she hung up, she bragged about it to fellow imperialists on the Hill.
Under the Freedom of Information Act, Judicial Watch is entitled to any records that exist regarding the call but unsurprisingly, the Imperial Palace won’t shake them loose.
“This morning,” Pelosi wrote, “I spoke to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley to discuss available precautions for preventing an unstable president from initiating military hostilities or accessing the launch codes and ordering a nuclear strike.”
By the end of the day, the Speaker of the House often looks a little unstable herself. Not to mention that alleged drinking problem.
Couldn’t be more dangerous
Having a nationalist president believe he actually won the election which was stolen from him is something that totally terrified Nancy Pelosi.
“The situation of this unhinged President could not be more dangerous,” she told her fellow Democrats, “and we must do everything that we can to protect the American people from his unbalanced assault on our country and our democracy.” Nancy is the one who’s unbalanced, but the imperialists love her for it. She’s the one who “could not be more dangerous”
If the government had bothered to respond to the request that Judicial Watch made for the phone call records on January 11, then they wouldn’t have been forced to file suit. That’s just the way it works. The Palace isn’t about to turn over all the records regarding that phone call. That isn’t all that Judicial watch is asking for either. They want to know what she’s been saying to General Milley since November 1, 2020.
In January, she was all set to drag Trump from office. Pelosi wrote, “Yesterday, Leader Schumer and I placed a call with Vice President Pence, and we still hope to hear from him as soon as possible with a positive answer as to whether he and the Cabinet will honor their oath to the Constitution and the American people.” She wanted the Vice President to invoke the 25th Amendment and remove Trump from office by force.
