The parole board already approved her release and sent the paperwork over to their Legal Division for review. Patricia Krenwinkel was personally brainwashed into a mindless killing machine by Charles Manson himself. After Brutally murdering coffee heiress Abigail Folger, she joined the rest of her “family” in a Helter Skelter killing spree which continued the following night. Setting her free now could be more punishment than leaving her in a nice snug cell.

Parole for “Katie”

When Charles Manson met the lonely and overweight Patricia Krenwinkel on Manhattan Beach in 1967, he saw a target ripe for brainwashing. They had sex the night they met and she followed him everywhere he went after that. Along with a whole “family” of free-love hippies passing drugs around like candy.

The 74-year-old has been up for parole before but has never came this close to regaining her freedom. On Thursday, May 26, they signed off on letting her go.

Her parole can be final in less than 120 days, after Gavin Newsom adds his final seal of approval. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is convinced she’s no longer a threat to society.

That’s a far cry from her attitude at trial. Not everyone has forgotten about the crimes she was involved with.

Director and fugitive accused pedophile Roman Polanski was married to actress Sharon Tate, who was pregnant with his child at the time. He was away on the night of the brutal murders. Tate had some friends over. Hollywood hairstylist Jay Sebring, Abigail Folger, Wojciech Frykowski, and Steven Parent. On the night of August 8, 1969, Krenwinkel stabbed Folger to death.

I stabbed her and I kept stabbing her,” she testified at trial. When asked how it felt, Krenwinkel replied: “Nothing, I mean, what is there to describe? It was just there, and it was right.” She stabbed Abigail Folger 28 times. It’s okay to parole her now though, California assures.

Helter Skelter

The following night, the same group targeted the home of Leno and Rosemary LaBianca. They used the victim’s blood to post slogans like “Helter Skelter” in an attempt to spark a race war.

The last time Krenwinkel, known to the family as “Katie” came up for parole in 2017, it was denied. She was supposed to get the death penalty but California outlawed it soon after.

Krenwinkel’s attorney Keith Wattley claims that she’s “completely transformed from the person she was when she committed this crime, which is all that it’s supposed to take to be granted parole.

He’s “hopeful that the governor recognizes that he shouldn’t be playing political games with people’s lives. The governor would be blocking her parole not because he’s afraid of her, but because he doesn’t like her and the law doesn’t allow that.

The families are still against her parole. After killing the LaBianca’s they raided the fridge, took showers and played with the LaBiancas’ two dogs. After sitting in jail for over 50 years, Krenwinkel is in for a huge shock when she gets out on the street.

Los Angeles has changed a heck of a lot since 1971. She’ll be taking her own life in her hands just going to the corner bodega, thanks to today’s lawless anarchy.
