Kamala Harris, for all of her talk about being a tough prosecutor, she actually started a program to put criminals back on the street when she was a DA in San Francisco.
Harris started a program called “Back on Track,” which set free non-violent offenders and gave them free job training.
One of the individuals who went through that program was an illegal immigrant who, after being released, brutally attacked an American citizen, which Harris referred to as a “glitch” during a speech.
The Glitch
This is Harris explaining her program and the incident that took place.
What I really want you to notice, though, is that Harris expressed zero remorse for the victim, only talking about moving forward with the program and the political hit she took.
At no point does she offer empathy for the victim, Amanda Kiefer.
After viewing that video, Kiefer went ballistic.
She responded, “That ‘glitch’ certainly had a negative impact on my life.
“It would be easier to believe it was a mistake if Democrats in San Francisco didn’t have a long history of enabling illegal immigration, choosing not to prosecute illegal immigrant criminals and refusal to deport anyone.
“It wasn’t a ‘glitch’ that the Biden Harris administration has let in millions of illegal immigrants, including tens of thousands of known, convicted criminals and those on the terror watch list.
“At a certain point, it can’t be incompetence, it’s intentional. Harris doesn’t care about Americans’ safety.”
Kiefer later stated, “I moved out of San Francisco because I didn’t feel safe there and I don’t think our country is going to be safe under Kamala Harris.”
I have been saying this forever… Harris’s record at no point suggests that she is concerned with the welfare of the average tax-paying, law-abiding citizen.
She is interested in helping criminals, illegal immigrants, and catering to her donors, who, if you look at her prosecutorial record, left off the hook every time their cases came across her desk.
Voting for her is just a vote to move this country away from a constitutional republican and one step closer to socialism.
