If SCOTUS won’t agree with your side of the issue, add more justices to the court who will let you do as you please. In other words, instead of a constitutional republic, we’re living in anarchy ruled by bullies. The big Democrat plan turns out to be “keep adding liberals to the court,” until they get their way on everything. “Government” doesn’t work that way.
Four more justices
Progressive Democrats have a scheme to pack the Supreme Court with extra justices. Thankfully, it doesn’t have much of a chance of becoming reality. Even so, since reality is a slippery thing these days, it’s a good idea to know the sort of schemes liberal Democrats are up to.
Their reasoning goes like this. If a law works in your favor, enforce it. Otherwise, ignore it. If a court makes you do the opposite of what you want, appeal. All the way to the Supreme Court of the United States. They are supposed to have the last word, one way or another. Not to liberals. When the law makers are the ones making laws meaningless, why do we need laws made anymore? Law is intended as the bedrock foundation of society. Swamp dwelling legislators in the District of Columbia prefer a murky fluid where nothing can flourish but the stench of corruption.
A whole group of lawless House Democrats “called for the passage” of a new law. They want to add four justices to the Supreme Court. The reason they want four is because the current nine member panel is split ideologically 6-3. It doesn’t take a rocket surgeon to know which side gets the short end of the split.
If liberals get four picks that would change the count to 6-7. Hooray for democracy! Democracy as in “mob rule.” Our founding fathers gave us a “republic” for precisely that reason. If we can keep it. This is how it gets taken away.
Actually declaring that the states are the real authority to decide the question of abortions for their residents, as the constitution intended – instead of magically creating an incontrovertible right to kill babies like the Roe v. Wade decision erroneously justified – was the last straw for distraught liberals.
Their only answer is add more justices and get the magic fetal chop-shop flowing again. After all, we need another dose of COVID M-RNA therapy and dead babies are a key ingredient of the shots. Plans for the vaccine of the month club went out the door with that ruling.

Liberal House member Hank Johnson, allegedly representing the voters of Georgia, introduced H.R. 2584. A whopping 58 of his colleagues were on hand to co-sponsor the “bread and circuses” bill. That would be impressive if it was the Senate, where they need 60 votes.
The proposal is expected to easily clear through the progressive lower chamber but any idea they come up with to pack the court with more justices will be DOA on the floor of the Senate. “It’s an ultra-right-wing Republican Supreme Court,” Johnson told adoring fans. “It is a Supreme Court where basic freedoms are under assault.” SCOTUS dares to disagree with the left.
There is opposition to the plot even within their own ranks. Nancy Pelosi, for instance, is already on record declaring “no intentions of advancing the measure to the House floor.” She’s not about to commit political suicide.
After breezing through the House, it isn’t expected to have all 50 Democrats on board in the Senate, much less the extra 10 RINO Republicans needed to grease four new justices through. Johnson is desperate. If this doesn’t work, expect him to go out shopping for an AR-15. “We don’t have a generation to wait to reform the court,” he urges.
The point he’s trying to make is that the oldest justice on the bench is Clarence Thomas. He’s still a spry 74. Amy Coney Barrett is practically a baby at 50. All sorts of liberal organizations are already on the bandwagon and beating the drum but the chances of actually packing in four fresh justices don’t look promising.
In fact, Democrat chances of a future after the mid-terms are looking pretty grim, as well. America got a taste of what happens when Democrats are in charge. For some reason, Biden’s poll ratings are lower than Donald Trump’s, these days. Even among Democrats.
