The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives which may soon be headed by rabidly anti-gun extremist David Chipman if the Biden-Harris regime has their way has crossed the Rubicon by singling out owners of privately made firearms or PMF’s also known as “Ghost Guns” (for maximum scariness and propaganda effect) as threats to homeland security.
The document leaked to the public this week shows that Chipman, a former ATF agent himself, is not the origin of the problem, but merely a symptom of an incredibly dangerous anti-second amendment extremist ideology that has infected the Bureau which is tasked with regulating our right to keep and bear arms.
All of this flies directly in the face and intent of the Second Amendment, Even The Times Union when asked if “Ghost Guns” are legal had to concede: Yes, they are.
“Do I have to register a self-made gun and do I need a permit to own it?
Federal law allows someone to make a firearm for personal use and does not require them to register the weapon or have a gun permit. But New York laws require anyone in possession of certain firearms, especially handguns, to obtain a permit and to register the gun.”

The increasingly discredited ATF through the Joint Counter-Terrorism Assessment Team or JCAT published a guidance document in the “First Responders Toolbox” entitled “First Responder Awareness of Privately Made Firearms May Prevent Illicit Activities” which dangerously links firearms that are purchased in a modular fashion to be assembled and customized by the end-user as inherently linked to unrelated illegal activities, even acknowledging the dangerous implication with a trite disclaimer.
The National Counterterrorism Center under the Office of the Director Of National Intelligence, the Department of Homeland Security, and the FBI co-wrote the extremely disturbing document. They describe in extremely hostile terms firearms that can be readily and legally purchased by law-abiding citizens as being “observable indicators may be related to PMF manufacturing” awareness of which “coupled with other factors, may enable the detection and prevention of unlawful violent activity.”
“Criminals and violent extremists continue to seek ways to acquire firearms through the production of privately made firearms (PMFs).
PMF awareness and identification can aid PMF recovery, prevention of illicit activities including terrorism, and overall first responder and public safety.”

Of course, due to the extremist nature of this documentation and its major risk factors for breeding a dangerous anti-gun owner bias in the greater law-enforcement community, it is incumbent upon us to spread this information as far as possible. Sunlight is the best disinfectant and mass revelation of documents like this is the best way to force Federal Authorities to correct this type of internal disinformation and mischaracterization of law-abiding gun owners.
