On Monday, Sheriff Chuck Jenkins of Frederick County, Maryland, warned that “Americans will not be safe” thanks to Imperial Leader Joe Biden’s wide open borders immigration policies and “immigrant communities” will not be safe either. “These types of laws lead to more victims of crime, more violent crime, and gangs infiltrating this country.” It’s America last now.
An outraged Sheriff
Americans should be “outraged” at Biden for his immigration stance, Sheriff Jenkins insists. They would be if the Constitution was still in force. The Imperial Leader just “dismantled ICE” by “basically telling the agents to stand down.”

Sheriff Jenkins continues to act like the First Amendment still protects free speech. He got irate and went public when he caught a TV interview “by an unnamed official who told The Washington Post on Sunday that the Biden administration ‘abolished ICE without abolishing ICE.'”
The undercover official is terrified. “The pendulum swing is so extreme, it literally feels like we’ve gone from the ability to fully enforce our immigration laws to now being told to enforce nothing.”
Under his Imperial Wisdom, “U.S. immigration authorities will revise their approach to arrests and deportations,” Homeland Security confirms. All it takes is a stroke of the pen. “U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services recently rescinded two 2018 policy memos related to the issuance of Notices to Appear when processing requests for immigration benefits,” USCIS spokesman Matthew Bourke said Sunday.
“The agency was directed to rescind the relevant policy in a [Department of Homeland Security] memo issued January 20.” The very day Biden assumed command. Sheriff Jenkins isn’t the only disappointed law enforcement officer.
Tear down the wall
Biden took charge in true Machiavellian style on the day he was sworn in. As soon as he was entrenched in the Oval Office he started signing a whole stack of brand new Imperial decrees.
Sheriff Jenkins and the conservative half of America watched Biden roll back one Trump border security policy after another. From restoring amnesty under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program to halting construction work on the border security wall, his pen was blazing.
The handcuffs were slapped on DHS effective the first of February. In a surprise twist, a right-leaning judge shot down the regime’s attempt “to place a 100-day halt on removals except under certain circumstances.” According to a former acting CBP commissioner, the new policies are “encouraging illegal immigration.”
The caravans are already forming south of Guatemala. Sheriff Jenkins doesn’t buy the liberal argument that the new rules are only a “change in guidance” aimed at “encouraging noncitizens to submit filings to immigration officials without fear of being immediately deported.” That’s bull, Jenkins asserts, “there will be no enforcement.”
The whole idea is to free up resources better spent on other priorities. Homeland Security tells Sheriff Jenkins not to worry because “ICE officers will soon be given new guidance that will lead to fewer arrests and deportations while using more resources for national security issues, suspects in sex crimes, gang members, felons and recent arrivals.”
What that really means is that illegals won’t get deported for drunk driving or beating their spouse and ICE won’t be able to “arrest wanted immigrants at correctional facilities.” Jenkins isn’t buying that either. “All of the strides that he made in stronger immigration enforcement over the past four years, they’re totally being undone and dismantled,” he laments.
