ALERT: They Are REFUSING to Investigate

This is America’s future under a Biden administration. The U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia is refusing to investigate who funded the thugs that attacked Senator Rand Paul, his family, and the police officer who tried to protect them.

The attack occurred in August when Senator Paul was leaving the White House ceremony where President Trump accepted the Republican presidential nomination.

Senator Paul confirmed on Twitter that the U.S. Attorney is refusing to investigate, writing: “The DC U.S. Attorney today confirmed to me that they will not pursue an investigation of who is funding the thugs who attacked my wife and me and sent a DC police officer to the hospital.”

Paul discussed the issue during an interview with Steve Doocy on Fox & Friends. “My feeling is there is interstate criminal traffic being paid for across state lines…they flew here on a plane, they all got fresh new clothes, and they were paid to be here. It is a crime to do that and it needs to be traced,” the Kentucky Senator said.

A video shared on August 28 on social media showed Senator Paul, his wife Kelley, and other attendees being escorted by police as angry leftists screamed in their faces “say her name” and “Breonna Taylor.”

Here is the Twitter video of the attack on Senator Paul:

Immediately after the attack, Paul tweeted: “Just got attacked by an angry mob of over 100, one block away from the White House. Thank you to @DCPoliceDept for literally saving our lives from a crazed mob.”

According to the Washington Examiner, Paul said afterward: “I regret that I made this decision, but I said we’ll walk the two blocks. We walked one block, but as we walked one block, we could see some police in the distance. But we also saw a mob of about 30 people marching and yelling. They all of a sudden saw me—right as we got to the police, fortunately, or I don’t think we would have survived.”

“They were shouting threats, you know, to us, to kill us, to hurt us, but they’re also saying, shouting, ‘Say her name, Breonna Taylor.’ And it’s like, you couldn’t reason with this mob. But I’m actually the author of the Breonna Taylor law to end no-knock raids, so the irony is lost on these idiots that they’re trying to kill the person who’s actually trying to get rid of no-knock raids…You’ve seen the pictures of what they do to you,” he said at the time.

As Senator Paul said, he was the one who had proposed a bill that would ban no-knock warrants. The bill was named after Breonna Taylor, who was shot by police during a raid in which it was originally reported that a no-knock warrant was used. In reality, that was far from true. It was proven that police had knocked, Taylor’s boyfriend shot at the cops first, and the police then shot back in self defense. Yet, the mainstream media is still refusing to report these facts, and refusing to give credit to Rand Paul for authoring the bill.

“If the police are not there, if you defund the police, if we become Portland, if America becomes Portland, what’s going to happen is, people are going to be pummeled and kicked in the head and left senseless on the curb. That would have happened to us—I promise you—had we not had the D.C. police to support us. We are thankful that we have police. And we’ve got to wake up. We can’t have Joe Biden rule the country and have no police,” Paul added.
