President Donald Trump just warned Liz Cheney and the rest of the so called “House January 6 select committee.” They’re going to be investigated despite Joe Biden’s alleged “preemptive” pardons. The official administration position is that Joe didn’t really sign them and there’s no proof he knew what was in them. That means they’re “void.

Major Trump offensive

President Donald Trump basically declared war against the J6 committee. On Monday, March 17, he announced that Joe Biden’s “preemptive pardons to members of the House January 6 select committee and others” don’t count.

It may be only a simple technicality but the president doesn’t really care. Joe didn’t sign them. A staffer used the “Autopen” to do it.

Any other president would have seen what Joe did, shook his head, muttered about overreach and left it at that. Not Donald Trump. Which is exactly why we elected him.

He’s actually making a brilliant move by using the same techniques that the Democrats have been using against him for years. Liberals don’t like the way karma’s coming back to bite them in the bleep.

All the experts are saying he can’t do that. Axios whines that “experts cast doubt on Trump’s rationale, and said it was unlikely that a court would allow a president to revoke or nullify his predecessor’s pardons.

What Axios and the liberals they write for don’t realize is that President Trump simply doesn’t care. He’s determined to clean up the corruption and drain the swamp. You can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs. Even when they cost a buck apiece.

Testing the limits

President Trump isn’t breaking any laws. He may be bending them into pretzel shapes but has the ultimate authority to pull it off. Democrats can’t figure out how to stop him because their precious judges are powerless to enforce their one-sided orders.

Holding the president and his cabinet members in contempt doesn’t get the job done because the DOJ isn’t going to prosecute the cases. We learned that chasing Hunter Biden and Christopher Wray around. Merrick Garland showed the world exactly how much power the Attorney General really holds and Pam Bondi was taking notes.

In a post to Truth Social, President Trump declared Biden’s pardons are “hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT.” For good measure he added that the “necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden.” That’s a legal theory whether Democrats like it or not.

Merrick Garland showed the world exactly how much power the Attorney General really holds.

Even if the law is totally on their side, they’ll have to fight it out in lengthy courtroom battles all the way to the United States Supreme Court, which will take years. By then, Cheney and her cronies might be sitting in Guantanamo bay.

The committee members,” Trump tapped out, “should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level.” He went on to allege that “members of the committee” were “probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf” without Biden’s knowledge. Joe was out of his mind most of the time, as Democrats are finally admitting.

Targeting people who were already pardoned could tee up an expensive, stressful legal battle,” one pundit notes. “And even if the courts were to rule against Trump, the damage, to some degree, will already have been done.
