Not only has the University of Pennsylvania apparently been sucking up Chinese money like a Dyson vacuum, they seem to be breaking finance rules by giving Joe Biden and his crew ‘no show’ jobs. That’s illegal. The classified document scandal blew the lid off a bunch of other controversies at the same time.
Biden and friends paid for nothing
The University of Pennsylvania’s Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement has been accused by the America First Legal Foundation of flouting “rules governing non-profits.” For one thing, they gave Joe “and his allies ‘no show‘ jobs.” It wasn’t so much “jobs” as a kickback, college officials aren’t saying, even though it’s true.
The money came flowing in by the millions and just like Hunter, the University kicked the “Big Guy” his cut. They couldn’t just hand him a suitcase full of cash. Their accountants would have a coronary.
When the world just learned that mishandled classified documents were removed from the think-tank six days before the midterm election, the scandal erupted. Few had ever even heard of the Penn Biden Center, even though it operated exactly like the Clinton Global Initiative. Only, without the messy fundraising. Their income stream was established ahead of time. Initial reports indicate that the money flowed from Beijing to the University and from there it was disbursed to the Bidens. Both directly and though the fund.

The evidence “is that the creation of the Penn Biden Center immediately led to a massive influx of donations from foreign sources to Penn, including but not limited to tens of millions of dollars from alleged instrumentalities of the Chinese Communist Party. The quid pro quo for these donations has not been disclosed.”
Merrick Garland was in obvious distress when he got dragged in front of the TV cameras to announce the appointment of a Special Counsel to investigate Joe Biden. He didn’t have a choice after they way they railroaded Donald Trump for exactly the same thing. Since he had to appoint an investigator, he made sure to hand pick one friendly to Joe.
Robert Hur is expected to be anything but fair and unbiased, considering he was the right hand man of Rod Rosenstein, worked closely with Christopher Wray and is a known member of the Anti-Trump faction. Just like nearly a decade of elections, the fix is in.
Illicitly paid for no work
The complaint former Trump official Stephen Miller filed with the IRS requests “tax authorities to look into whether the center illicitly paid Joe and others for no work, among other possible violations.” The university is a declared “fiscal sponsor” of the think-tank so they’re “obligated to conduct appropriate oversight of the Penn Biden Center’s activities.” As part of that ongoing obligation, they were supposed to be “preventing prohibited private benefits (e.g. ‘no show’ jobs), prohibited campaign intervention activities, unlawful political lobbying, and illegal influence peddling.”
Instead, they made it easy and painless. It’s no surprise that the school’s president, Amy Gutmann is now a bigwig in the administration. Gutmann, the complaint alleges, “created the Penn Biden Center to benefit Vice President Biden, and, according to emails on Hunter Biden’s laptop, apparently to benefit his family members as well. In exchange, she was nominated to serve as U.S. Ambassador to Germany.”
Joe Biden personally “earned nearly $1 million from the University of Pennsylvania from 2017 to 2019, despite just nine reported public engagements with students.” Most of those were purely coincidental appearances, “unrelated to his appointment as Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor.”

Like when he dropped by to promote his book “Promise Me, Dad.” Current Minister of State Antony “Blinky” Blinken was also on the payroll. A handful of Joe’s advisors also tagged along and ended up getting paid for nothing. At least, nothing related to the University.
The evidence is expected to prove that “then-former Vice President Biden was paid nearly a million dollars for appearing on campus six times.”
“Other Obama Administration officials, including the current Secretary of State, were also paid by the Penn Biden Center without providing equivalent services for Penn’s students.“
