The powers that be who handle security for Washington, D.C. went into panic mode as police quarantined the People’s Convoy on I-695. Considering all the fundamentalists in the crowd, it’s not surprising that there would be a lot of talk about Jericho and the walls tumbling down on Monday, March 14. That’s the day We the People made their seventh official loop of the beltway. At least one shofar was spotted.
Police cause problems
All it took to terrify and intimidate police was a tiny difference in the route for the day. Instead of remaining on the 495 “Beltway” around the city proper, they decided to take a freeway running right through the heart of town.
There were no plans to exit the expressway at any point inside the District of Columbia. We the People had zero intention of causing any disruption. All they were doing was exercise their Constitutional right to go for a drive. Authorities panicked.
Police totally snarled traffic in the heart of Washington, D.C. by closing every single one of the ramps off the 695 freeway in both directions. Uninformed and misinformed local drivers had no idea what was going on. The whole idea was to blame it on “We the People” and make us look like insurrectionists.
We aren’t barbarians who follow QAnon off a cliff like lemmings. True patriots embrace the Truth and follow the Constitution. It’s all set for an instant replay on Tuesday. Co-organizer Brian Brase promises the “same route as yesterday from now on.” Or, at least until further notice.
Speaking at Tuesday morning’s meeting, Christopher Marston informed the patriotic convoy members that it was the liberal officials who created all that nastiness for D.C. commuters. He plays a huge role in “behind the scenes logistics.”
According to the Chairman of the American Foundation for Civil Liberties and Freedom, we “have a right to drive on our roads. We pay taxes. We can go any damn where we want.” Joe Biden doesn’t like that one bit. “The police thought you were all insurrectionists and blocked off all the roads and the exits. They escalated the situation. They created a dangerous situation.” Now why would they do that? “They want you to stand down. Americans don’t ‘stand down‘ for freedom. We don’t ‘stand around‘ for freedom. We ‘stand up‘ for freedom!”
Media getting the message
It seems the only way to get media attention is to tie their news crews up in traffic. Contrary to liberal propaganda, it isn’t We the People causing the chaos. The surprising thing is that the media is actually admitting it this time. Between the Baltimore Sun and Newsweek, some of the truth is appearing in mainstream news.
They’re the only ones bold enough to dare printing anything at all. It turns out that DC Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency was behind the confusion. It started with a “traffic advisory” issued shortly before 2 p.m. by police.
They only suggested that “motorists delay travel or use alternative transportation due to ongoing demonstration activity on I-395, I-695, and I-295.” What they didn’t say was that they would be closing all the on and off ramps in central D.C. for most of the afternoon.
D.C. Metropolitan PD “closed a number of streets and exits off the highways to prevent the protesters from coming into the city.” The protesters had no intention of going into the city anyway, so that proves the police panicked. Local residents could see the truth.
“Area residents took to the police department’s Twitter with a number of the comments holding city officials and the police responsible for the traffic gridlock by shutting down the exits.”
By the time they made the announcement, two and a half hours later, that We the People were safely out of the city, the damage had been done. Metro PD is embarrassed to admit that they “closed the areas in order to keep traffic moving.” Biden wants to spend his way out of bankruptcy too.
