Three conservative states, Missouri, Arizona and Louisiana, sued the Biden regime in an attempt to thwart “an imminent, man-made, self-inflicted calamity.” According to the complaint, the New World Order is poised to abruptly eliminate “the only safety valve” preventing an invasion of our southern border. Biden and his “disastrous border policies” are about to crumble into “unmitigated chaos and catastrophe.”
States stand up for America
Three states banded together to oppose the impending invasion. The seemingly globalist controlled Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have already made the announcement that “on May 23 it will end Title 42, a public health authority invoked by then-President Donald Trump.”
Simply because it “effectively blocked migrants from entering.” On Sunday, April 3, the lawsuit was stamped in under Louisiana law on behalf of Louisiana, Arizona, and Missouri.
That’s an interesting move because their laws are based on the French Napoleonic code, rather than English Common Law, as most other states are. It was filed in Federal court under federal law, though. It’s not clear if there could be a subtle difference. According to the plaintiffs, the plans of Biden’s handlers to lift the lid put in place under the previous administration are “arbitrary and capricious” because the government didn’t follow the rules.
Once again, Democrats are making the rules up out of thin air, as they go along. Liberals have been screaming to erase the border for years. Not only do they want cheap nannies and landscapers, they need all the Democrat voters they can get to pack the November ballot box.
One of the arguments raised in the lawsuit is that “several Democratic senators, including Arizona Senators Kyrsten Sinema and Mark Kelly, have asked the Biden administration to hold off on lifting Title 42 to better prepare for an expected increase in asylum seekers.”
Begged them to wake up and smell the invasion is more like it. Arizona is one of the border states most affected by unchecked illegal immigration.
18,000 a day
As soon as Title 42 bites the dust, we can expect 18,000 hungry new citizens to show up at our front door every day. To start with. As the senators pointed out, we’re totally unprepared for that. “The Department of Homeland Security has said as many as 18,000 migrants could show up daily at the southern border when the order ends.”
“Previous rises in migration have strained law enforcement agencies and nonprofits on the border trying to provide security and shelter.” The individual states will end up paying the price for all the chaos.
Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Chris Magnus is keeping his poker face on and sticking to facts. “We will likely face an increase in encounters above the current high levels. CBP “will employ additional technology, including drones and additional support personnel on the border. It will also work increasingly with other federal agencies like the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Department of Health and Human Services.” They’ll supply trailers and buses to get the migrants into all the heartland states of America.
Former Acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf didn’t mince any words. The only thing Joe is doing is making the coyotes fat, not helping any Americans in the United States. When “you have the Biden administration announcing this, almost six weeks early, I don’t understand the logic there,” he said.
“They are giving a road map to the folks that want to come across illegally and helping the cartels and empowering the cartels to take certain action and giving them a six-week head start to do so, it’s baffling.” Baffling unless the expected end result is the end of America as we know it, subjugated under one world government, run by the globalist bankers.
