Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT) has once again proven why he does not belong in the Senate with an R next to his name.
I have only heard one Republican compliment Joe Biden on how he handled the Chinese spy balloon.
That politician would be none other than Mitt Romney.
All Good
Even though that balloon crossed the entire country, Biden stated that it was taken out when it was unlikely to hit any civilians.
Now, if you saw the path that the balloon took, you know there were ample opportunities to take it out and have it fall harmlessly to the ground.
Instead, it went across the entire country, gathering data all the while, until it went out over the Atlantic, where it was finally taken out.
But Romney thinks Joe did a good job.
He stated, “My questions were satisfactorily answered and I believe the administration, the president, our military and our intelligence agencies acted skillfully and with care.
“At the same time, their capabilities are extraordinarily impressive.”
Keep in mind, even Democrats are upset over this.
The loudest being Senator Tester (D-MT), who saw the balloon travel right across his state.
Tester stated, “Do we have a plan for the next thing that happens and how we are going to deal with it?
“Because, quite frankly, I’ll just tell you I don’t want a d–n balloon going across the United States when we potentially could have taken it down over the Aleutian Islands … or in some of the areas in Montana.”
