In the latest edict from the Imperial Palace at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, the nominal figurehead of the Biden-Harris Democrat-Socialist regime has announced that agents of the Government will be going “door to door, literally knocking on doors,” In order “to get help to the remaining people protected from the virus.” (Biden clearly flubbed here, but we think he meant ‘help the remaining people GET protected from the virus…’)
In the interest of full-context (when’s the last time the mainstream did that?) here is the quote straight from WhiteHouse.gov,
“Now we need to go to community by community, neighborhood by neighborhood, and oftentimes, door to door — literally knocking on doors — to get help to the remaining people protected from the virus.
Biden continued, “Look, equity, equality — it remains at the heart of our responsibility of ensuring that communities that are the hardest hit by the virus have the information and the access to get vaccinated.”
And just in case anyone thought to wait and see if Jen Psaki would walk back the contorted and tortured word salad that comes from Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., nope. She doubled down.

“The President outlined five areas his team is focused on to get more Americans vaccinated,” she explained. “One, targeted community by community door-to-door outreach to get remaining Americans vaccinated by ensuring they have the information they need on how both safe and accessible the vaccine is.”
Why All The Urgency? Why Send Government Goons?
In short, the Biden-Harris regime has failed at its goal of having 70% of the American population vaccinated by July 4th… and they’re clearly clueless as to why. Biden’s statement shows that his administration is laboring under the delusional narrative that most Americans who are “vaccine-hesitant” are simply not informed and are in need of education, or that there is a lack of availability though polling shows that neither is particularly true. As Biden himself says “It’s free. And it’s never been easier”
A Growing Percentage of Americans WILL NOT TAKE THE VACCINE
What the leftists in charge can’t seem to fathom is that as ABCNews reported, “Three in 10 adults in the latest ABC News/Washington Post poll say they have not gotten a coronavirus vaccine and definitely or probably will not get one.”
“And among those not vaccinated, a growing share — 74%, up from 55% in April — say they probably or definitely won’t get a shot.”
According to Gallup, “As of the May 18-23 survey, 60% of U.S. adults report they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, 4% have been partially vaccinated, 12% plan to be vaccinated and 24% do not plan to be vaccinated.”
The most common reasons given were:
- Wanting to confirm the vaccine was safe (23%)
- The belief they would not get seriously ill from the virus (20%).
- Concerns about the timeline for developing the vaccine (16%) or
- Mistrust of vaccines in general (16%). Ten percent said they already have immunity because they have had COVID-19.
- (10%) Cite allergies or concerns about allergies.

Given that most of the online response from conservatives looks something like this, Spicer seems to have a point. The American people value their privacy and freedom above all else, and a bunch of clipboard carrying busy bodies conducting a vaccination inquisition with the implicate force of the Federal Government behind them can certainly be interpreted as a form of intimidation. And the American people do not take intimidation lightly.
