Los Angeles Archbishop Jose Gomez, as president of The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, issued “a stark condemnation” of Joe Biden’s baby killing agenda in a statement on Wednesday. What Democrats are plotting is “moral evil.”
Bishops denounce evil agenda
From the statement issued on Wednesday by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, it seems they were amazed that Joe Biden didn’t burst into flames the moment he placed his hand on a Bible to swear the oath of a usurped office.
They issued what observers of the Vatican call “a stark condemnation” of Biden’s abortion agenda “on the day of” his installation ceremony. They’re convinced that he will advance “moral evil” on the faithful.
The leader of the Bishops felt compelled to point out that Biden “has pledged to pursue certain policies that would advance moral evils and threaten human life and dignity, most seriously in the areas of abortion, contraception, marriage, and gender.”
Gomez also noted, “Of deep concern is the liberty of the Church and the freedom of believers to live according to their consciences.” There’s another of those rights we used to have. The freedom of Religion went down the tubes with free speech and the right to bear arms.
The Bishops aren’t the only ones outraged and Biden isn’t the only one Catholics are infuriated with. Nancy Pelosi is another one who infamously identifies as Catholic but purses “policies that conflict with Church teaching.”
Biden used to at least give lip service to the law that prohibits taxpayer funded abortions, but now he’s waffling. He has stepped back from his prior position that “Americans shouldn’t have to pay for procedures they fundamentally oppose.” Well, taxpayers will pay to kill babies whether they like it or not.
Kill babies at birth
Another thing that has the Bishops furious enough to write letters of condemnation is Biden’s scheme to write Roe v Wade into federal law. Conservatives are convinced that means babies can be murdered and used for cosmetics right up to the moment of birth.
Before he went to his official recognition ceremony, he dared to attend mass at St. Matthew’s Cathedral.
Some of the Bishops are of the opinion that Biden should be denied communion because of his evil proclivities. Both the Catholic doctrine of Catechism and many of the clergy “have indicated that politicians have an obligation to support anti-abortion legislation.”
Supporting it is an abomination. “The section of the Catechism discussing abortion says that the procedure and infanticide are ‘abominable’ crimes.”
Another thing that the Bishops have pointed out in the past which nobody seems to acknowledge is that “we cannot ignore the reality that abortion rates are much higher among the poor and minorities.”
It’s not clear if Biden was given communion on Wednesday but Democrat card carrying Archbishop Wilton Gregory said beforehand that “he wouldn’t deny Biden the sacrament.” Back in August, Cardinal Raymond Burke went on record saying “Biden shouldn’t receive communion and wasn’t a Catholic “in good standing.”
