Even other countries think Joe Biden is a complete laughing stock. On Thursday, November 2, while meeting with Dominican Republic President Luis Abinader in the Oval Office, Biden was trolled with a beach comment.

During the meeting, President Abinader jokingly invited Biden to visit his country for the next Summit of the Americas, implying that he could spend time at the beach. While Biden laughed off this comment, many Americans are outraged by all of his vacationing while people go without basic needs being met.

It’s no secret that Joe Biden has been on numerous vacations throughout his political career and especially over this past year during which there have been no visitor logs. From August to September alone, he took multiple trips to Lake Tahoe and Rehoboth Beach near his home, taking multiple weekend getaways even as Americans were held hostage by Hamas – an act that is seen as callous by many Republicans across the nation.

The 80-year-old also spent much of summer lounging at various beaches while Maui burned due to wildfires caused by climate change – one of which was exacerbated when asked about it while out on a beachside stroll. When questioned about this tragedy mid-vacation, Biden simply brushed off reporters asking about Maui with a “no comment” before heading back home.

It’s not just those in Hawaii who are angry with Joe Biden for callously ignoring their needs but also those across America who are still struggling from economic effects of the pandemic who see him vacationing without remorse or concern for their wellbeing.

After all these years serving in government and accumulating exorbitant wealth along the way, many feel like he has begun disregarding everyday citizens’ lives and problems because they no longer affect him personally.

This can be seen through his reaction — or lack thereof — towards those held hostage overseas or facing economic hardship here at home.
