Democrats took a shot on the chin for the upcoming election.
With the Senate race between Oz and Fetterman expected to come down to the wire, the decision handed down by the PA State Supreme Court could impact the outcome.
The court has ruled that ballots that were not adequately dated cannot be counted.
Follow the Rules
So, we all know that mail-in ballots are where the fraud can run rampant in an election.
One of the reasons strict rules are in place is to make sure that does not happen.
The powers that be in PA had every intention of counting every ballot that came in, regardless of whether it met the standard or not.
The court has ruled that the invalid ballots must be segregated and held.
RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel stated, “Republicans went to court.
“Now Democrats have to follow the law.”
There were 1.4 million absentee ballots requested in PA.
So far, about 850,000 of them have been returned.
In the last election, slightly more than two percent of the ballots were not properly dated, so we are probably talking about the potential for as many as 28,000 or so invalid ballots.
If Oz wins and he is inside that margin, you better believe Democrats are going to have a fit.
