Imperial Leader Joe Biden is learning what it’s like to have his Palace Decrees challenged in court. The Attorney General for the great state of Texas just teamed up with his opposite number in Missouri to file a lawsuit against the palace. The plan is to get former President Donald Trump’s remain in Mexico policy back in action before we’re overrun by illegal aliens.
Lawsuit against the Biden regime
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton teamed up with Missouri AG Eric Schmitt to file a lawsuit against the Biden regime on Tuesday. They want to put former President Donald Trump’s “remain in Mexico” policy back in action.
That’s the one which forces illegal aliens to wait on the other side of the border while the red tape unwinds. Liberals are furious over the harsh conditions on the Mexican side of the line.
As the state lawyers argue in their lawsuit, the move by His Wisdom to end the detainment program was an illegally “arbitrary and capricious decision.” They’re demanding that the court “reinstate the enforcement of the program nationwide.”
The Palace quietly okayed a process allowing all the adults to be dropped off at the closest Greyhound station with their “welcome to America” starter pack.
When Trump put the program into effect in 2019 it was hailed by then-U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen as the answer to “allow more resources to be dedicated to individuals who legitimately qualify for asylum.”
The lawsuit wants the herd of asylum seekers “who passed through Mexico on their way to the U.S. to stay in Mexico while their claims were processed.”
Months or years
Back under Barack Obama, migrants could lurk in the American shadows for years until the court got around to making a decision. Trump managed to keep 70,000 migrants at bay on the other side of the border where they were “forced to live in sometimes dangerous and unsanitary migrant camps.”
Even so, those camps were a lot better than the conditions waiting for them back at home. Kamala Harris was dispatched to the hot zone, tasked with ending the root cause of all those refugees. Joe wouldn’t be real broken hearted if someone with a machete did something about her obvious ambition to take his job. This lawsuit should at least put the cork back into the hole for a while.
As soon as Biden usurped the throne he issued an Imperial Palace Decree proclaiming “the department will cease adding individuals into the [Migrant Protection Protocols] program.”
It didn’t say what to do with them instead, so they have been simply turned loose. Except for the children that is. They get wrapped individually in foil and put in jail. The lawsuit filed by the AG’s will put a kink in their plans.
A previous lawsuit filed by Paxton called a halt to another Palace Decree. When Homeland Insecurity announced “a 100-day moratorium on deportations,” he headed straight to the courthouse and got that one reversed. Thanks to Joe Biden’s wide open borders policy, the caravans are lining up and all ready to head north.
