Biden Ready to Start WAR

Joe Biden wants to start a war with China. He made his intentions crystal clear on TV last Sunday. America’s longstanding doctrine of “strategic ambiguity” surrounding Taiwan has been swept away. There’s no doubt about it anymore, if Beijing makes a move on Taiwan, America will defend the island territory. They have to make a move because we’re poking them with a stick to do it. Joe’s basically giving Xi Jinping the “Corn Pop” treatment, teasing “c’mon Pooh Bear, go ahead an ‘re-unify’ us into World War III.

China asking for it

Joe Biden is doing his best to antagonize China. By endorsing Nancy Pelosi’s visit he practically forced Xi Jinping to respond in some way. Taiwan can get away with acting like a democracy as long as they give lip service homage to the mainland.

After all, they are a territory of the People’s Republic the same way Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands are U.S. Territories. We wouldn’t be happy if Communists were setting up shop in San Juan and promising to fight off Uncle Sam with the Chinese equivalent of stinger missiles.

Biden’s handlers have repeatedly walked back his comments that the U.S. “would defend Taiwan in the event it is attacked by China.” Now that he said it again on 60-Minutes, people are beginning to realize he actually means it. On the episode which aired September 18, he was asked if American soldiers would be deployed to defend Taiwan in the event of a re-unification effort.

Biden looked the camera square in the lens and said “yes.” The sound of all his aides smacking their foreheads at the same time gave the soundtrack an eerie clapping-like sound, which clearly wasn’t applause.

CBS rushed out a disclaimer saying “that Biden aides insist the President has not changed long-term policy.” As CNN points out, “the attempted walk back just doesn’t really square with what Biden said.

That was no gaffe. Joe understood the question. China has practically no choice now, no matter what the Democrat spin doctors say.

A place they don’t want to go

Back in Washington, as their fearless leader watched services for Queen Elizabeth from the nosebleed section, policy makers were stuck “creating a situation of strategic confusion.” By constantly correcting their alleged boss on our China policy, the aides “are not just disrespectful to Biden.

They also “raise the possibility that he’s leading foreign policy and defense officials to a place they don’t want to go.” They don’t want to go there because it means the end of the world in nuclear Armageddon. Why, they whine, can’t Joe just eat his ice cream and read the note cards they give him.

Mark Milley and Lloyd Austin are convinced that China is building up to attack Taiwan but aren’t sure they will go through with it. Their counterparts in Taiwan are trying to slap them around. “Wake up, you’re dreaming.” They shout. Expect a “re-unification” in “hours, not years.

China

They have a right to be nervous. They are the ones who will be under the shells when they start raining down. Even CNN realizes that Biden is playing with fire.

Biden’s comments, they write, “are in line with a strong push on parts of Capitol Hill to harden US policy on Taiwan. But it’s a dangerous game given Beijing’s increasing military capability and the importance that Chinese leader Xi Jinping attaches to the self-governing island becoming part of the mainland.

China is never going to give Taiwan up. Cooler heads in the Pentagon are screaming that “a more direct U.S. stance is more likely to antagonize Beijing than make it think twice about invading.
