A turncoat Army Lieutenant Colonel has threatened to prosecute former national security advisor Michael Flynn after comments he made at a conference in Dallas.
Army Lt. Col. Yevgeny Vindman, twin brother of Alexander Vindman, the retired Army lieutenant who tried to get famous by testifying against former President Trump during the fake Ukraine scandal, seems to be following in his brother’s footsteps.
Despite being fired by the Trump White House in February of 2020, Yevgeny Vindman still has a high ranking position in the military as a member of the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, the legal arm of the military.
“With these seditious remarks Comrade Flynn may have crossed the line for recall to active duty and court-martial,” Vindman said on Twitter, referring to Michael Flynn’s statement about a possible coup in the United States.
During his speech in Dallas, an audience member asked Flynn “why what happened in Myanmar can’t happen here,” referring to a military coup that overthrew the country’s elected government.
Flynn’s response threw the left and the mainstream media into a frenzy. “No reason. I mean, it should happen here. No reason. That’s right,” Flynn responded.
Vindman responded to Flynn’s statement by claiming on Twitter that “as a JAG I’m qualified and also happy to prosecute this case.”

Flynn has since denied that he advocated for a coup, stating that the media had manipulated his words.
“I am no stranger to media manipulating my words and therefore let me repeat my response to a question asked at the conference: There is no reason it (a coup) should happen here (in America),” the former national security advisor wrote on Telegram, according to reporting by the UK Daily Mail.
Just like his brother, Yevgeny Vindman is a turncoat just looking for his fifteen minutes of fame. Hopefully he won’t get them, but with the state of the mainstream media today it is likely he will be trotted out as a hero for as long as possible.
