An incredibly disturbing report has emerged from China, developed by Internet2.0. The implications are as dark as they are unmistakable: the Government of China knew that COVID19 was coming well in advance. The Communist regime of Beijing dramatically increased orders for PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) tests in the last six months of 2019, long before the first “official” case of COVID19 was discovered in the City of Wuhan in the Hubei district.
HumanEvents reports,
“The study, conducted by Internet 2.0, concludes that based on the data analyzed, the virus was likely to be spreading in Wuhan, China as early as the summer of 2019 and most definitely by early fall of 2019.”
The report details that there were “identified notable, significant and abnormal 2019 purchases of PCR equipment in Wuhan by,”
- The People’s Liberation Army Airborne Army Hospital (May 2019),
- The Wuhan Institute of Virology (Nov 2019)
- The Wuhan University of Science and Technology (Oct 2019)
- The Hubei Province Districts Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (May-Dec 2019)
The study used the age-old indicator of logistics to shine a light on the Chinese preparation and response to COVID19. While Beijing has desperately withheld actual infection and death figures from the world along with a majority of the early studies surrounding the virus, it would appear that they neglected to cover up the economic and logistical indicators and they left a clear trail that cannot be reasonably waved off as coincidental.
The report explained the findings in detail:
“Looking at the 2019 by month gave us the ability to note the significant increase in spending over the summer of 2019, that started in May 2019. To verify the significance of the 2019 trend we compared the cumulative sum of the preceding years by month. We believe the purchasing activity trend in 2019 is substantial because it clearly departs from procurement trends from 2007 to 2018. See Appendix H for a detailed comparative analysis of monthly purchasing trends, that confirms 2019 monthly procurement as distinct and notable.”
The Inescapably Dark Conclusions And The FallOut
Perhaps coincidentally, perhaps not, just as this information has become mainstream National Institute of Health Director Francis Collins very suddenly announced his “retirement“. The official story is that “Following his 12-year stint as the leader of the NIH, the 71-year-old physician-geneticist will return to his lab at the National Human Genome Research Institute in Bethesda, Md.,” as USNews and many other outlets report.
But the leading Health Official of the United States resigning his post and leaving a gaping hole in the organization just as news like this breaks… has a certain odor to it. One that Jack Posobiec Editor of HumanEvents was quick to point out.

The conclusions drawn by the report are as inescapable as they are irrefutable,
“These findings challenge existing assumptions around when the pandemic began and support further investigation,”
“The study concludes that a significant increase in spending in PCR equipment correlates to the spread of COVID-19.”
“We assess with medium confidence the significant increase from 2018 to 2019 in Hubei province is due to an event like the emergence of COVID-19,”
“We assess with high confidence that the pandemic began much earlier than China informed the WHO about COVID-19.”
Now we know, but will this change how the American people respond to further developments with China? Or will this be kept in the dark by the mainstream media? Time will tell.
