The Just Us Department “lied on three separate occasions about certain aspects of the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago.” Legal expert and president of the Article III Project Mike Davis paid a visit to Laura Ingraham to explain why he’s convinced of that the “whole legal basis” for the assault “has been blown apart.”
Raid on Trump was baseless
Everyone running the Just Us Department is a liar, Mike Davis declared. They use the Federal Bureau of Instigation as a political weapon and they don’t have a permit for it.
The raid on Mar-a-Lago was legally baseless. He caught them in at least three lies so far. Confidence in the reigning autocracy is at an all time low.
“So,” Davis begins, “the Biden Justice Department and the FBI has a pretty bad track record as it relates to President Trump.” Ingraham’s viewers certainly agree to that. “We’ve seen that they have weaponized and politicized law enforcement repeatedly to get Trump.”
What they did in Palm Beach was over the top. “This was an unprecedented, unnecessary, unlawful home raid on a former president. The whole legal basis for the raid has been blown apart.”
Not only that, Davis continued, they “went after Trump.” Specifically, “they say he may have violated the Espionage Act. That’s not even possible.” Donald Trump was in charge of that.
“As the commander in chief he can declassify anything he wants.” There is no way to justify a raid. “They say he may have stolen or misused government property under the Presidential Records Act and other statutes. That’s just not possible.”
An Obama Judge settled it
Long before this controversial raid, all the way back in 2012, a decision by an Obama judge settled the question.
“Former presidents can take personal records with them when they leave office. So there goes the obstruction allegations. It’s legally impossible to obstruct non-crimes like they’re trying to investigate here.” Liars. They’re all a bunch of damn liars.
“There’s a track record” Davis insists, “of lying in this case. They leaked out that Attorney General Merrick Garland did not personally approve this raid. That’s a lie.”
When he got caught in it, he showed up on television to declare that “the Just Us Department runs this country. Everything the FBI does is totally legal, always. Questioning the FBI is treason and the punishment for treason is death, it says so in the constitution.” He didn’t actually say that but what he did say, means that.
“They leaked out that Trump had nuclear documents at Mar-a-Lago. That’s a lie. They leaked out that president Biden and the Biden White House was not — did not have a heads-up about this raid. That’s a lie.”
Meanwhile, Hunter Biden’s home still has not been raided. The Treasury Department won’t even turn over the suspicious activity reports they collected with his name on them.
