As the Phoenix Police Department finds itself within the crosshairs of the Biden-Harris regime’s Department of Justice “with a focus on how the city treats residents experiencing homelessness” according to their chief attack-dog Attorney General Merrick Garland, it seemed a good time to highlight the extremely professional exploits of PhxPD given they were featured not once but twice in “Epic Police Tackles”. Yes, it seems a bit unrelated but why not take a minute, relax and watch these boys in blue do what they do best before we collectively roll our eyes at another case of woke gone wild.
Some Epic Police Tackles To Wash the Woke-ness Down
There, wasn’t that a bit fun? On August 5th it was announced that the DoJ’s Civil Rights Division, rather than investigating BLM hate crimes against white business owners or even electoral fraud decided in their great ‘woke-ness’ and wisdom that our tax dollars are spent best by second-guessing one of the most successful police departments in the country at controlling the outbreak of riots and destruction throughout the 2020 Summer of Rage.
Fox News reports,
“We have reviewed court files, media reports, citizen complaints and we also considered factors that we ordinarily weigh in determining whether to open an investigation, including the nature and seriousness of the allegations, the number of allegations, the steps that a department may be taking to address the allegations and the history of the department,” Kristen Clarke, the head of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, said during a news conference. She continued: “We found that the evidence here warrants a full investigation, but we approach this process with no predispositions or pre-drawn conclusions.” Riiiiight, sure you do.
“Any police department has room for improvement; mine is no different.”
“We have reformed this police department from top to bottom” in the past year, she added, and noted that if the Justice Department tells them to do something different, they will do so. “We are looking forward to seeing what we’re doing right and also looking forward to what we can improve on,”
There isn’t anything here from most patriot’s perspectives that PhxPD needs to improve upon. The capital of Arizona was largely spared the destruction that was even seen in Dallas and Austin during the summer of 2020 and it was the men and women who wear the badge in Phoenix, our Arizona Department of Public Safety Troopers, and the Maricopa County Sheriffs’ Deputies we have to thank. Not Kate Gallego and certainly not a soul from the DoJ.
This has nothing to do with how Phoenix Police deal with the homeless, they do their job professionally and with great care. This is retaliation and intimidation for how they handle leftist rioters.
