Destructive Democrat Plan Falls FLAT

deportations

The deportations were already complete by the time a judge issued an order to stop them. “Oopsie… Too late,” El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele laughed at Democrats on social media, adding “a crying-with-laughter emoji” for emphasis. A whole herd of Tren de Aragua and MS-13 members are safely locked in his maximum security prison and there’s nothing the judge can do about it.

Deportations anger judge

President Donald Trump is totally serious about deportations. Only Democrats would be insane enough to object when dangerous gang members are brought to justice for breaking our laws.

Liberal lawyers went running to one of their favorite federal judges and quickly got James Boasberg to rubber stamp their stay injunction. By then, it was too late. At least, that’s the official story and the administration is sticking to it.

Of course they’re not disobeying a court order, the administration declares. First of all the alleged “order” wasn’t legal anyway so they don’t need to obey it. No matter how hard the judge pounds his gavel. Anyway, the deportations were over before the order even happened.

If Boasberg doesn’t like that answer he can find anyone he likes in contempt of court. When Attorney General Pam Bondi gets the referral form across her desk, she’ll throw it in the trash and that will be the end of it.

Democrats had no idea that deportations could happen that fast. On Sunday, March 16, President Bukele confirmed that “his country had received 238 Tren de Aragua members and an additional 23 members of the Salvadoran gang MS-13 from the U.S.

It was all part of a deal he made earlier with Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

Tom Homan knew that the instant word of the deportations leaked out that Democrats would run straight for the nearest federal courthouse. He managed to keep a lid on it long enough for the gang bangers to get shipped offshore.

Progressives can’t believe that a law passed in 1798 is actually being enforced. They don’t like law enforcement one bit. Since congress never got around to taking the law they made back off the books, why not get some use out of it? The 1798 Alien Enemies Act was meant for TdA.

As President Trump made crystal clear when ordering the mass deportations, Tren de Aragua is “perpetrating, attempting, and threatening an invasion or predatory incursion” against U.S. territory. He gave Venezuela a chance to take them back but their former home refused.

Oopsie… Too late.

From now on, “all Venezuelan citizens aged 14 or older ‘who are members of‘ the gang and are not naturalized or lawful permanent U.S. citizens are liable to be restrained and removed as ‘Alien Enemies.

The thugs who took over towns like Aurora, Colorado, never imagined what life would be like in El Salvador. The deportees flight was welcomed by friendly CECOT staff. There’s a video going viral “showing handcuffed deportees being dragged and having their heads and faces shaved by masked El Salvador police officers.

Tom Homan wants that clip to be a warning that a lot more deportations like it are coming. If you want to avoid a similar fate, use the CBP Home app and self-deport. You’ll be glad you did.
