The FBI is back in the news for all the wrong reasons.

Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) has been a bulldog during the last few years and he turned up yet another blemish on the agency under the guidance of Director Wray.

If Grassley is right, the agency pulled agents from sexual assault cases against children to investigate January 6 defendants.

Not That Important

Whistleblowers inside the agency have been coming forward to Republicans in droves over the last two years.

Grassley has been getting stonewalled by Wray, so he recently wrote a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland demanding more transparency and cooperation.

In part, he stated, “Apparently, one of the reasons DOJ and its component agencies can’t straighten out their problems of workplace harassment is that the fox is guarding the hen house.

“The supreme irony of [then-Executive Assistant Director of the Human Resources Branch, Jeffrey] Sallet requesting the [Office of Disciplinary Appeals] review of senior officials retiring or resigning to avoid disciplinary action is that ‘Sallet left the FBI and federal service while this investigation was ongoing.'”

He added, “One thing is certain, the FBI will not be able to remedy its many failings in this area if it treats sexual abuse against children as a non-priority.”

I understand that Democrats wanted to pounce all over the January 6 rioters, but how do you ever possibly justify removing assets from child abuse cases?

It just goes to show the priorities of this DOJ.

It’s all about power and scoring political points… that is the only way you can possibly justify removing agents from cases that are involving complete scum abusing our children.

That is the state of the Democrat Party today.
