Biden claimed that the courts are on his side in this battle, but that is just a blatant lie.
In fact, the order was just halted by an appeals court.
The order is widely considered to be an overreach of power by constitutional experts.
Secondly, Biden had stated that the measure “passed [the loan forgiveness] by a vote or two.”
The measure was never voted on by Congress.
It was almost as though Joe Biden’s subconscious kicked in and he realized this should have been passed by Congress.
This is happening at the same time that the administration is in court arguing Biden had the right to do this without congressional approval.
Needless to say, his critics pounced, and it would not be surprising at all to see those comments wind up in the courtroom.
