Pentagon Launches Investigation Into Trump

Well, well, well…

It looks like Joe Biden and Defense Secretary Austin just got caught.

The Pentagon Inspector General’s office just dropped a bombshell report that could have major implications for the Biden administration.

Noncompliance

Acting Inspector General Sean O’Donnell just sent a memo to Defense Secretary Austin regarding the lack of approval of religious exemptions for the vaccine.

The purpose of the memo got everyone’s attention on the right.

It stated, “To inform [Secretary Austin] of potential noncompliance with standards for reviewing and documenting the denial of religious accommodation request from Service members.”

The report continued, “We found a trend of generalized assessments rather than the individualized assessment that is required by Federal law and DoD and Military Service policies.”

The problem seems to be the blanket denials, an order that clearly came from above to get every service member to take the jab.

The report stated, “The denial memorandums we reviewed generally did not reflect an individualized analysis, demonstrating that the Senior Military Official considered the full range of facts and circumstances relevant to the particular religious accommodation request.”

He also called the denial rates “concerning.”

Translation… Joe and Secretary Austin have a lot of explaining to do.

Based on the number of denials issued, they spent roughly 12 minutes reviewing each file, which is about how much time it probably took to print out a sheet, sign it, and stamp the denial on it.

O’Donnell added, “Such a review period seems insufficient to process each request in an individualized manner and still perform the duties required of their position.”

The Pentagon responded to Fox News, stating, “The department has a Uniform Standards for Mandated Coronavirus Vaccination Working group that meets regularly to ensure the department is doing everything we can to best protect our service members and their families.

“[The Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness] Secretary Cisneros himself has communicated the standards for the services to follow regarding all exemptions and mandates, outlining that they be consistent with the requirements of section 720 of the FY22 NDAA.

“Additionally, he has formally communicated that the standard for religious exemptions related to COVID-19 vaccination must be processed in accordance with the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993.”

Well, according to the IG, that was not necessarily the case.

First Liberty’s Senior Counsel and Director of Military Affairs Mike Berry, who filed a lawsuit on behalf of a group of Navy SEALs, stated, “The DOD’s own Inspector General says there’s evidence that the Pentagon is breaking the law.

“This report confirms what tens of thousands of service members have suspected all along; that their religious accommodations were never going to be reviewed fairly and this is just an ideological purge.

“Our troops deserve so much better.”

I have always said that this would come back to bite Joe Biden, and the first bite has been taken.

Let’s hope they keep eating!
