Supreme Court Concealing the Truth…Is This a Coverup?

    We still have no idea where the leak came from almost six months later.

    The Supreme Court vowed to find the leaker ASAP.

    It is a reasonably safe assumption that the people that had access to that brief were limited, so how long does an investigation like this take?

    It IS a Big Deal

    Since there has been no result of the investigation, we have to assume the person that leaked the Dobbs v Jackson brief is still working in that office.

    I would think a brief being leaked would bring about some urgency.

    After the leak happened, Chief Justice John Roberts stated that it “was a singular and egregious breach of that trust that is an affront to the Court and the community of public servants who work here.”

    We do know a request for the phone records of clerks was made over the summer.

    Justice Neil Gorsuch recently stated, “The chief justice appointed an internal committee to oversee the investigation.

    “That committee has been busy, and we’re looking forward to their report, I hope soon.”

    An internal committee? What if the leaker was named as part of that committee?

    Why do we not have an outside, independent source looking at this?

    With a new session starting, I think it behooves everyone to have this investigation wrapped up as soon as possible.

    If Justice Roberts’ people cannot get it done, let’s bring in an outside investigator to lock it down.
