Whistleblowers told Jim Jordan that FBI officials have been “pressuring agents to reclassify cases as ‘domestic violence extremism‘ even if the cases do not meet the criteria for such a classification.” Which cases? The ones involving conservatives. Not only that, the “senior” agent trying to pin false charges on deplorable parents turns out to be the same one who clamped a lid on anything that even smelled like “investigative activity related to Hunter Biden.

Which side is the FBI on?

In separate letters to alleged FBI Director Christopher Wray, Jim Jordan and Chuck Grassley demand to know just which side are you guys on? They recently compared notes to connect some of the dots between breadcrumbs they each picked up on their own.

The trail leading through the murk of the Washington swamp is beginning to tie the same Assistant Special Agent in Charge, Timothy Thibault, to separate probes they each have open.

Ohio lawmaker Jordan is the conservative big cheese on the Judiciary Committee. When he learned that Thibault was connected to a probe Charles Grassley has going, all he could say was “wow, this is how serious it is.”

The Iowa Senator is on a separate deep dive into how Hunter Biden has managed to get a free pass from the FBI for so long. How long do they need to investigate before they press any charges? Grassley concurs. Thibault “likely violated several federal regulations and Department guidelines designed to prevent political bias from infecting FBI matters.

There is no way that Jordan can let that one go by. “I think the real takeaway for all of us is, just further confirming that the Justice Department is so darn political, which is frightening.

He sat down at his keyboard and pounded out a letter on July 27 to the bureau’s chief instigator, Chris Wray, advising him that traitors to the Deep State blew the whistle, revealing “FBI officials are pressuring agents to reclassify cases as ‘domestic violence extremism‘ even if the cases do not meet the criteria for such a classification.” That would be those deplorable parents who dared to question what their kids were being programmed with at school.

Extremism America’s greatest threat

When Jordan wrote his letter, he didn’t know the name of the agent. After he mailed it off to the FBI, one of his informants named the name. As soon as Jordan learned the parent slandering official was Timothy Thibault he turned purple.

Charles Grassley is Jordan’s “counterpart in the Senate.” On July 26, he had sent a letter of his own to Chris Wray, with a copy to Merrick Garland and the DOJ. His nastygram was demanding “documentation related to the FBI’s handling of information about President Joe Biden’s embattled son Hunter.

Senator Grassley’s whistleblowers tell him that “in August 2020, an FBI assessment was used by an FBI Headquarters team ‘to improperly discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation and caused investigative activity to cease.‘”

All the stuff on Hunter Biden’s bodily-fluid-covered laptop has been since verified all the way around. Joe got kicked off one of his social media accounts by memes when Hunter’s iPhone backup leaked on hacker bulletin boards.

Even though it was true, the FBI called it nothing but Russian propaganda. Grassley represents a big farm state, so he knows bullcrap when he smells it. “Based on allegations, verified and verifiable derogatory information on Hunter Biden was falsely labeled as disinformation.

In one line of his letter, he mentioned Jordan’s favorite agent without realizing it. “Grassley detailed one instance, in October 2020, in which ‘an avenue of additional derogatory Hunter Biden reporting was ordered closed,’ specifically by Thibault.” The bureau took pains to cover it up. Thibault and other agents also “subsequently attempted to improperly mark the matter in FBI systems so that it could not be opened in the future.
