When was the last time you saw Donald Trump on Fox News?
Has it been a few days? Maybe weeks? Or has it been months?
The answer is April 13 during “Hannity.”
Is He Banned?
Newsmax published an article this week that leads us to believe that there had been an edict from above that Trump is not welcome on any show on Fox News, at least for the time being.
The Murdochs are not interested in helping Trump raise his profile, so there is an apparent silent ban in place for the time being.
Now, the source of this rumor seems to be Dick Morris, who is a complete and utter idiot.
He is a former Clinton ally who now has his nose buried deep up Trump’s butt, making outlandish claim after outlandish claim in the hope that one of them comes true.
He predicted Hillary would be back in 2020 and continues to say she is a lock to run in 2024.
That is his bread and butter, so you get the idea with him.
Morris stated, “The Fox ban of Trump is a politically motivated decision, not based on news value, because Trump completely dominates the Republican Party and is still the biggest newsmaker in politics.”
I agree with him that they are trying to move people away from Trump, as we have seen in numerous recent pieces.
However, if Trump gets the nod, if Fox News wants ratings, they will have to put Trump on the air.
It should be noted that Tucker Carlson was seen hobnobbing with Trump this past weekend at his golf club during the LIV event.
I would expect that both Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity have seen this report on Newsmax and would suspect one or both of them will be commenting on it soon enough.
