Sam Brinton is still on the DOE payroll. Maybe now that the cross-dressing non-binary deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste disposition has been implicated in the theft of a second suitcase, Biden’s handlers might actually fire it. Brinton has been getting paid for time spent doing kink workshops ever since it got caught heisting designer luggage the first time.

DOE covers for serial suitcase stealer

It’s a good thing that Senior DOE official Sam Brinton enjoys bondage, because it’s about to be cuffed and chained by police again.

On Thursday, December 8, a new “felony warrant on grand larceny charges was issued,” alleging that the individual in charge of “spent fuel and waste disposition” at the Department of Energy gleeped yet another suitcase.

Brinton is already on paid administrative leave after confessing the theft of “a woman’s suitcase from a Minneapolis airport in September.” Now, Brinton “has been accused of another luggage heist at a Las Vegas airport” and a second grand larceny warrant can been added to Sister Ray D. O’active’s resume.

Brinton made history when appointed by the DOE “as one of the federal government’s first gender-fluid officials.” That’s why the media is giving a free pass to the suitcase theft crime-spree.

Brinton “allegedly stole luggage from another traveler at Harry Reid International Airport in Vegas on an unknown date.” For that, the 35-year-old “was charged with grand larceny with a value between $1,200 and $5,000.

The prior incident involved “a woman’s Vera Bradley suitcase.” It caught the DOE official’s eye while revolving around the baggage carousel. Brinton hadn’t checked a bag on that flight but claimed one, and hastily stuffed the check tag in it’s purse while hustling out the door nervously.

Deny it all until there is proof

The first stolen suitcase the DOE official heisted, along with contents, “were valued at $2,325.” The owner reported it missing at the baggage claim so the airline started digging into it.

They lose bags all the time on their own but looked at the videos anyway. Sometimes, people grab their bags then report them missing. The Airlines just like to be sure. They soon confirmed it wasn’t the owner who grabbed the bag. It didn’t take much longer to figure out who did.

When Police gave Brinton a jingle to say we know what you did, the DOE official denied everything. The flamboyant traveler tried to bury any involvement like a batch of nuclear waste.

Police let Brinton dig a deep hole by not saying a word about the surveillance video which was airtight evidence. That won’t help any. Once confronted with the irrefutable evidence, Brinton came clean and confessed.

The senior DOE official was soon “charged with felony theft of a moveable property without consent and placed on leave following the accusation.” Since then, it has been promoting kink workshops, while collecting full nuclear waste disposal pay.

Earlier this week, a group of House Republicans called for Brinton to step down over the initial allegations.” They had to demand that, because our current government leadership team won’t fire a confessed criminal simply because they are a criminal, if they are also a cross-dresser.
