By all accounts, the oil that comes from Venezuela is dirty, low-grade garbage.

This administration has refused to issue new leases, so I have no idea why Kirby said that Biden issued those leases.
Not only that, as the oil industry has stated many times, most of those leases are also unworkable.
They are also hesitant to invest more in drilling in this country not knowing if the investment is a waste because of Biden’s desire to shut them down.
