The man has made tens of millions in the health care industry.
So much so, his investment firm was tied to two healthcare companies that were defrauding Medicare and Medicaid.
They were forced to pay more than $160 million between them, and this is the guy that Joe Biden gushed over on Friday.
Biden announced that the official transition ceremony will take place in a few days, but the left and right are going nuts over this clown being named.
His status as a rich elitist has triggered the left while his blatant corruption has triggered the right.
