Ted Cruz Rips Biden a New One For Blatant Botching of the Chauvin Case

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) as a successful attorney who has argued before the Supreme Court nine times and won five of them, is somewhat familiar with how the worlds of politics and the courts should intersect. This made it all the more of a savage rebuke when the Texas conservative firebrand brought the hammer down on Joe Biden and Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-CA) for their blatant interference and jury influencing in the Derek Chauvin trial this week, which Tuesday resulted in a guilty verdict.

The Cruz Missile Owns Joe & Maxine In One Tweet

Senator Cruz broke the internet on Tuesday when he tweeted,

“Joe Biden decides that Maxine Waters shouldn’t be the only politician foolishly providing grounds for a mistrial or a possible basis on appeal to challenge any guilty conviction,”

Cruz’s comment came in response to a highly criticized comment Biden made to the press only hours before a verdict was announced.

“I’m praying the verdict is the right verdict,” Biden said on Tuesday. “Which is — I think it is overwhelming in my view. I wouldn’t say that unless the jury is sequestered.”

Cruz then retweeted a comment from Jonah Goldberg, Editor-in-Chief of The Dispatch who wrote, “Hot take: Presidents shouldn’t opine on jury deliberations like this — or during criminal trials generally. Even Democratic Presidents.”

A Blatant Tactic For Democrats to Botch Heated Cases

Lest we forget that it was Biden’s great patron President Obama who said, “When Trayvon Martin was first shot, I said that this could have been my son,” referring to the self-defense shooting of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman in 2013 which inflamed racial tensions nationwide going into the mid-term elections and could’ve corrupted the jury pool.

Against all odds Zimmerman was acquitted of murdering Martin and after the trial he told the press that Obama, “by far overstretched, overreached, even broke the law in certain aspects to where you have an innocent American being prosecuted by the federal government,”

Zimmerman also pressed defamation suits against Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and Senator Elizabeth Warren for defaming him on Twitter during their respective 2020 Presidential campaigns, he’s seeking $265 million in damages.

Clearly the Biden-Harris regime couldn’t be outdone in the ‘woke olympics’ by the likes of a mere Congresswoman like Waters who was even more egregious and blatant and joined an angry mob on Monday night, violating curfew in Minneapolis to incite them,

“We’re looking for a guilty verdict. We’re looking for a guilty verdict. And we’re looking to see if all of this [inaudible] that took place and has been taking place after they saw what happened to George Floyd,” Waters said. “If nothing does not happen, then we know, that we’ve got to not only stay in the street, but we’ve got to fight for justice, but I am very hopefully and I hope that we’re going to get a verdict that will say guilty, guilty, guilty. And if we don’t, we cannot go away.”

It seems as though “Auntie Maxine” as she likes to refer to herself will come away unscathed as well with Nancy Pelosi’s House voting 216-210 to table a motion to censure her. If Congress won’t even give her a slap on the wrist, then the vocifierous wrath of Cruz is the only consequence we can expect Biden to face. Chauvin is set to be sentenced in 8 weeks, time will tell if the ongoing rioting in cities like Minneapolis and Brooklyn Center, Minnesota and Portland, Oregon continues.
