Governor Greg Abbott was forced to invoke an invasion clause of the U.S. Constitution. Joe Biden is such a failure at national security that Texas decided they need to take serious measures. In an official letter to the Imperial Palace on Wednesday, the governor spelled out the “need for more aggressive efforts to curb illegal immigration.” His state is hit especially hard by border jumpers.
Joe Biden is ignoring the invasion
Large groups of people, herded through border holes like cattle – by professional and well organized smugglers – is an outright invasion. Also, a serious threat to national security. Our so called leaders keep encouraging more of it.
Immigration, the legal kind, requires coming through a port of entry and filling out all of the proper forms. Crossing the border anywhere else is illegal entry. Those who jump the fence are criminals, no longer eligible for any sort of “asylum.” They’re coming across by the millions and nobody has any plans of trying to stop them.
Governor Abbott wrote directly to His Wisdom and accused the Biden regime of “willfully ignoring the ongoing mass influx of illegal immigrants.” According to the governor, “your inaction has led to catastrophic consequences. Under your watch, America is suffering the highest volume of illegal immigration in the history of our country.”
President Biden and the corporate media want to pull the wool over Americans’ eyes.

This past year, “more than 2 million immigrants tried to enter the country illegally, coming from more than 100 countries across the globe.” That sounds a lot like an invasion to most Americans. At least, most conservative Americans.
“Worse yet,” Abbott typed, “your failed border policies recently prompted a United Nations agency to declare that the border between the United States and Mexico is the deadliest land crossing in the world.”
There is only one answer. As of Wednesday, November 16, Abbott “will be invoking an ‘invasion‘ clause of both the U.S. Constitution and Texas Constitution to combat ongoing, overwhelming illegal immigration in the state.”
Send them back across
As detailed in his announcement, he’s activating both the National Guard and Texas Department of Public Safety. The extra personnel will “safeguard the border and turn back would-be migrants from illegally crossing the border.”
Biden has been totally derelict in his duty to protect our nation and it’s starting to seem intentional. “You must reinstate the policies that you eliminated, or craft and implement new policies, in order to fulfill your constitutional duty to enforce federal immigration laws and protect the States against invasion.”
All we have seen from Joe Biden and his handlers were “two years of inaction.” That “leaves Texas with no choice but to escalate our efforts to secure our State.”
He slapped Joe upside the face with observations about Joe’s “open-border policies, which have catalyzed an unprecedented crisis of illegal immigration, are the sole cause of Texas having to invoke our constitutional authority to defend ourselves.” Someone has to stop the invasion.
From now on, “DPS personnel will also be ordered to arrest and return illegal migrants to the border.” He’s got a big lake which is vulnerable to incursion so he “will be deploying gunboats for defense of the southern border.”
Besides blocking the invasion routes, Abbott flipped the bird at Mexican drug cartels by designating them as “foreign terrorist organizations.“
