The once proud FBI is about to take yet another hit.
It turns out, one of the major players in the Twitter censorship also happened to be part of the FISA warrant fiasco.
James Baker, one of the attorneys involved in the FISA warrant filings, was employed by Twitter during this censorship scandal.
Coincidence?
The data dump by Musk on Friday night is being blown off by much of the mainstream media.
Ironically, this is pretty much the same reaction they had to the Hunter Biden laptop story, and we all know how that worked out for them.
Baker, after leaving the FBI in 2018, was hired by Twitter as the Deputy General Counsel, so he was neck-deep in this censorship fiasco.
In one of the released emails, he wrote, “I support the conclusion that we need more facts to assess whether the materials were hacked. At this stage, however, it is reasonable for us to assume that they may have been and that caution is warranted.
“There are some facts that indicate that the materials may have been hacked, while there are others indicating that the computer was either abandoned and/or the owner consented to allow the repair shop to access it for at least some purposes.”

Baker seemed overly cautious here, yet he threw caution to the wind on the FISA warrants.
Trying to defend his role in the FISA warrant scandal, he stated, “When a source shows up with a big stack of information, as in this case, you go to work.
“It came in from what appears to be a reliable source. He gives you all this information. Go to work. Try to validate it.
“You don’t just swallow it hook, line and sinker. That’s not what we do. That’s preposterous. That does not happen.”
But isn’t that exactly what they did? Actually, let me correct that.
The FBI could not validate the information, but it used it anyway to obtain the FISA warrants.
Now, I don’t know about you, but I find it hard to believe it is a random coincidence that Baker has his hands in two significant scandals involving Donald Trump and an election.
