Democrat Celebrates Lawlessness After Felony Charges Magically Dropped

Democrat politician Attica Scott is celebrating lawless anarchy after every single charge from the misdemeanors up to the felony charges against her and all the other rioters who destroyed Louisville, Kentucky in the wake of the Breonna Taylor decision magically disappeared.

The charges simply vanished

The rule of law is dead in the State of Kentucky. And dying everywhere else in America. Liberal officials decide who to prosecute based on who the criminal is and what they stand for.

What they try to call “laws” mean different things on a case-by-case basis. When a person who takes an oath of office to defend the Constitution, along with accepting a duty to preserve law and order, breaks those laws, they should face extra penalties. That does not happen these days.

Felony charges for participating in violent riots which led to property damage were wiped clean for a Democrat. Because she’s a Democrat.

Republicans are reaching for their pitchforks and torches as one example after another shows a clear breakdown of Constitution based civilization in America. The outrage has become intolerable enough for patriots to become “unreasonable.”

Kentucky State Representative Attica Scott “faced both felony and misdemeanor charges for her role in the Breonna Taylor rioting that occurred in Louisville on September 24.” They didn’t stick.

Protesters gathered in the streets and what was supposed to be a “peaceful protest” rapidly deteriorated into anarchy with lawless rioting and looting which left Louisville in shambles. At least 24 “other rioters” were arrested on various charges. Scott was charged with felony rioting as well as two misdemeanors for unlawful assembly and failure to disperse.

Felony crimes fall off first

Back in October, the counts related to felony rioting were dropped. Not just for Scott, but all of them. She couldn’t wait to get to her Twitter account. “FELONY CHARGES have been dropped against all of us!” Misdemeanors were still pending.

Two police officers were shot that night. Windows were smashed, there was rampant looting and episodes of violence. Law and order was nowhere to be found.

Adding insult to injury, after not a single person who took part in the riots would be accused of any felony crimes, all the misdemeanors magically disappeared along with them.

On November 16, Scott tapped out, “ALL CHARGES HAVE JUST BEEN DROPPED!” She credits the way her supporters harassed and intimidated the local prosecutors for her victory in the court of public opinion.

Patriots in America have been standing back and standing by, waiting for President Donald Trump to take charge and put some teeth back into the Constitution.

Our founding fathers gave the president, and the populace, the tools we need to do it ourselves. The stark reality is that each and every day, we’re coming closer and closer to what could be a bloody civil war. An insurrection has been raging for years run by the Democrats.

If president Trump fails to uphold the Constitution while still in office, Biden will be facing an insurrection of patriots. He won’t hesitate to call out the army against the Deplorables. Patriots are ready for action, one way or another. No charges means no laws. If we don’t have laws then it’s every man for himself.
