In New York City, Palestinian led mobs of rioters have been terrorizing Jewish Americans, attacking them in skirmishes, brawls and bombs from Times Square to the Diamond District.
They’ve also taken the age-old tactic of breaking windows and hurling improvised explosives bringing the intifada to midtown. A woman in her fifties was injured when rioters firebombed the front of a jewelry store. And the subsequent statements of Democrats in Congress could be judged as incitement when they call for “accountability” from a nation and a people who were merely defending themselves.

Incitement of Violent Attacks Against Jewish Americans
As this is happening to the innocent Jewish Americans of New York City and the rockets and bombs have fallen silent in Israel (at least for now), Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN) is stoking the violence and flames, clearly not contented with the cease-fire between Israel and the Palestinian Terrorist organizations Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
We should all be grateful that a ceasefire will prevent more civilians and children from being killed.
But now what? We need accountability for every war crime committed. And we need to stop underwriting crimes against humanity while doing nothing to end the occupation.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) joined her in condemning Israel for its defensive actions against the 4,000+ rockets Hamas fired into civilian areas of Israel without warning. Tlaib said, “”A ceasefire is necessary, but will not alone achieve freedom, justice, and equality for all who live under Israel’s apartheid government,” she said. “The U.S. must condition funding to uphold human rights, and end the funding entirely if those conditions are not met.”
Apparently Tlaib doesn’t believe that the right to live without being killed by a random rocket attack doesn’t qualify as a “human right”.
Congressional Republicans Reject ‘Moral Equivalency’
GOP Leadership in Congress weren’t having it though Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) told the press that everyone who was pushing Israel for a cease-fire was engaging in what amounted to “Hamas propaganda” stating what is obvious to conservatives all over the country.
“The belligerents in this conflict aren’t morally equivalent.”
Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) pointed to the rise of antisemitic crimes across America and in Europe which related to the heated anti-Israel rhetoric being pumped into the media by what he calls “the angry left” in an interview with Fox.

Both Senators are absolutely correct, and its’ shameful that Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Senator Bernie Sanders introduced legislation to prevent further arms sales to Israel at a time when they need it the most.
Just consider how much it will cost the Israeli government not only to repair the damage to their cities and streets, but how much it will cost to merely replace the number of interceptor missiles that were expended protecting themselves at a rate of $40k per shot? Even with a 90% interception rate, this string of attacks cost the Israeli people BILLIONS in munitions alone.
But most shameful, is that these sitting members of our government with each tweet, each word condemning Israel, fuel the antisemitic rage of the left and place the lives of American Jews and Israeli citizens alike in mortal danger, with no consequences.
